Ha! Just saw your post. I think she is livid because he’s not sticking with his choice in picking her and seems to question them being in a couple. He’s sulking and hasn’t tried to console her at all. Yesterday saw him trying to describe being ‘roman - romant - romanceing’ ie trying to say the word romantic, then using two forks to mash avocado and now the little man-child is having a sulk. I cannot stand him but Chloe deserves it.

yep and it was made clear in series 1 that the idea was to win, but would the couplings be based on love or money? It's the entire format of the show. It's never claimed to be anything different
 
I think Brad genuinely likes Lucinda, don't think Lucinda's feeling him - it's pretty obvious. The faces she was pulling while on that date says it all. It's as if she looks down on him or sees him as beneath her in a sense. It seemed like she was entertaining him but she didn't look very happy and it looks as if there's literally no chemistry between them. I feel like people talk to Lucinda and she sits there and responds to it - kind of - but that's as far as it goes. She doesn't seem to make any real effort at conversation, because she thinks that much of herself and has sussed she doesn't really have to - she will have them falling over her anyway without her having to try or you know, be nice or demonstrate a personality. He's the best looking lad in the villa (in my opinion), so you would think, having someone as fit as Brad being that into you, that she'd be over the moon, but she didn't seem genuinely chuffed at any point. He doesn't seem to be doing it for her. She looks bored. Remember her last boyfriend was a footballer, so she's used to a different 'standard' of men I suppose - will a labourer who lives with his nan do it for her? If they get together, then it's literally for the clout.
 
I just caught up, Brad and Lucinda’s date looked like a pair of 12 year olds playing at interviews and was the most boring fake situation I have ever cringed through, why the hell do they all drag there voices too, Lucinda 100% thinks she’s a cut above Brad and is playing at the innocent sweet girl, be interesting to see what happens tonight
 
I wonder how much attention the Islanders will get after this series. The attention after S3 was insane, Mike was doing personal appearances every night for months! I think the buzz has definitely died down since, no one has done that we'll since Kem, Chris & Olivia, not even Dani Dyer.

The winter Islanders came out and straight into lockdown so didn't have the temptation that the later series had. I wonder if that's helped some of the couples stick together, Finn & Paige, Sinease & Luke, Connor & Molly and Nas & Eva.

Finn & Page said on an interview they did because they were in a way forced together as they spent lockdown together so could really get to know each other but without distractions of club appearances and whatever. However in some ways lockdown isn’t dissimilar to the false environment created within love island in the sense of there’s a lack of quite a lot of outside factors such as nights out.

100%! It’s such a massive risk for 5 minutes of fame for the majority if them. Only a few have really done well from it.

I hope Hugo hasn't fucked his teaching career. Dom said he could never go back to working with kids after being on the show.

I don’t think they’ll get much attention, they’re growing very slowly on social media. at this stage in the series don’t the islanders usually have 2x as many followers as these guys do? Some of them don’t even have 100k followers when in other series they even got up to a mil very easily.. people don’t seem interested in them enough as people this year
 
Just seen someone on Twitter point out that there’s a clip of Jake saying the boys want to win the challenge to bring in a new girl for Hugo and Aaron. No mention of Brad who would be single if Lucinda left so think it’s certain Brad goes tonight

Also the fact Faye is crying, as someone already said on here Lucinda is probably going to crack on with Teddy.
 
On the previews for tonight when Hugo and Sharon are talking on the bean bags his body language is so closed towards her. His arms and legs are crossed tight, it’s obvious he’s not keen on her, so why did he pick her.
