Guys I’m Italian meat balls deep in episode 8. I thought my tv was having a melt down over ep 6 as it was a re-run of everything 😅 must be the equivalent of Saturday’s best bits. Ep 8 - brilliant!! I do like Josh, Chris, Luis and Jon. I think Chris described the vibe in the villa very well. We got some real insight there of what the girls are like.

I agree. I think she’s obnoxious. There was no way around that lie but she still played the victim when she should have been ashamed of herself. Cudos to Naomi, Jon and Hannah for calling her out on that one.
 
I can't get my head around Jess but I'm sure the public (if they can vote) will have voted her out.. Omar is another one that just grates me up the wrong way... He can leave 😅
Jon and Hannah are just the best ever!!
Jon is like the daddy of the bunch going to him for advice etc
I don't want to say much about Jess and the truth as that's in a different future episode.

The ITALIAN boys from MANCHESTER are bleeping picks end of story 🤣🤣🤣
Looking forward to resuming normal activity to episode 5 tomorrow (Sunday night)

With regards to Jess, I did warm to her and I would have lied about the Italian not-stallion pie ing me too as I would have been so embarrassed. Also you could look at that situation as they basically both said no thanks… I think the difference with her and the most recent series is that her behaviour was clearly getting lairy after a few drinks and representative of the environment she was in. Faye’s outburst was 1 person kicking off over a clearly orchestrated drama that completely changed the whole mood of the group. It wasn’t a big group pissed up row like in series 1. I think Jess just got gobby when she was pissed… also, she would apologise and see what she did wrong or try to explain herself…

I did warm to her. She looks like a different person now which is sad. So many of them have followed that trend.

I checked out Lauren’s Instagram and she seems so different. I get that she has been on a fitness/wellness journey but she has comparison pics from when she was in the villa (where I think she looked amazing and naturally beautiful) and criticising herself. Makes me sad 😞
 
Yes, the whole Italian stallion scenario made me strongly dislike Jess as a person. Then later on, I'm not even sure at what point (think sometime after Naomi was introduced), but I started liking her. She's genuinely entertaining and funny.

Yeah I wasn't so sure why the people in the villa liked Omar, he seemed rather gross in behavior and joke/banter.
 
I give the benefit of the doubt to jess about who pied who because she was steaming drunk. I've not remembered full conversations after a skinful. I still think the earlier few series of love island show far worse than Faye's kick off.

I think jess although I don't get her and not fond of her...I can almost understand her behaviour as she's had a lot to drink she doesn't remember (probably the exact ins and outs) and I'm assuming she's embarrassed.
I can't take to the girl but maybe that will change. She's soooo invested in Joshy that she has tunnel vision..
But like to be honest a lot of what we're seeing in series 1 wouldn't fly in present times..Jesus the riot police would be out 😅😅😅

Thanks so much @Blue pumpkin I'm still in hospital and I imagine I will be here for another 3/4 days..but I have ye wonderful ppl to keep me company so its manageable and much appreciated having all of ye 😘😘😘

Jon and Hannah are the best, I agree. I think Jon is what Jake tried to be this season and manifested Lib as his Hannah!
