I’m only just catching up this morning; and will say that’s got to have been the episode I’ve enjoyed most so far this series.

Davide - ‘LIAR, liar, LIAR’ - hilarious 😆

Amber - *eye rolls* - perfection (though otherwise not keen on her)

Jacques - made a few funny remarks, and l really enjoyed seeing the affectionate between him and Paige. Fingers crossed for them 🤞🏻

Luca - same annoying little tit, but it wouldn’t be the same without him 😬

Gemma - growing on me (which annoys me, because I wasn’t keen on the ‘Gemma Show’ and I remember when she was born 😭 Making me feel ancient at the grand old age of 33!)

ES - born to do Love Island. Chaos at the right level 👍🏻

New girl Danika - don’t even THINK about going near Jacques, and leaving our Paige standing there again!!!

Paige - my winner. She’ll be there till the end, I’ve got no doubt about it.

He was no where near hitting her. 😂😂😂😂 More dramatic than Ekin Su! Ekin Su lied to his face twice and then tried to blame him and everyone else saying "oh well I was going to tell him tomorrow" and even though everyone in the villa said "well it was a lie" she couldn't see what she had done wrong. She is acting in there, fact! Some of the lines she has said are like something from a movie. Liar, actress!

ekin should’ve told davide before the 2nd night on the terrace. He knew she was getting to know jay so didn’t hide that. She panicked cause was put on the spot when he came over in that bad attitude

His bad attitude and total disrespect? You seem to of forget the night before when she twice disrespected him, lied to his face then stomped off shouting I don’t want to talk to you. I’m no Davide fan but it seems you need to watch the episodes again inventing your own narrative

Don’t know how anyone liked Him after that. She did the right thing asking to calmly settle things given they’ve got to live together. But he was just childish and horrible.

only person who was in the wrong last night was Davide.
the boys were holding him back trying to calm him down cause he was inches from potentially hitting her.

ekin did say to the girls she wanted to tell Davide but he was there before she could think how. I don’t agree with her lying but understand why she did.

Davide has had women fall for him purely on looks for so long. Now he’s got to develop a personality and make an effort he doesn’t want to.

I really hope the couples on Sunday are

Danika and davide (want him to go but know he won’t)
Iniyah and remi
Tasha and andrew
Gemma and luca
Paige and jacques
Amber and dami
Ekin su and jay

Not wanting to talk to someone after an argument like that isn’t childish. He did the right thing.
It would have lead to another argument and I think she wanted that to make him look even worse.

Not sure why I enjoy the way Davide rolls his Rs when he says Liar but I just do 😌
 
Ekin su needs to grow up lol. At her big age she should've the consequences of her action, like come on girl. Hated Gemma cause she was boring as paint but now I applaud her maturity compared to the 27 year old who acts 15.
Also something about Tasha genuinely rubs me the wrong way. She's definitely not into as Andrew as she makes out to be.
 
I think it will be Luca that Danica picks. He’s the only boys reaction we saw to her in the beach hut when he said she’s not Gemma and she’s the only boy you actually saw her speak to one on one even if it was only to walk across the grass.
Luca will be fuming and he won’t budge from Gemma.
I hope she picks him and not Jacques, I can’t see Paige upset she’s so sweet. I’m really warming to Jacques and if he keeps being funny and stays with Paige I think they’ll win.
The only thing that makes me think she may have picked Davide is that if she had said Luca or Jacques they would have shown that last night and then left the fall out for Sunday.
 
I think danica will pick Luca

then I think chaos will ensue because I think gemma might pick Jacques as the only other boy she feels comfortable with (if she picks second)
Indiyah will choose ikenna
Amber will choose dami
Tasha will choose Andrew
Ekin will choose jay
Paige will then be left to choose between Remi and Davide and will choose davide out of loyalty being an “OG” and as a friendship couple.

I think if the producers have a hand in the recoupling like we all suspect then that’s the only way they will keep the gemma/Luca/jacques love triangle, Paige as the unlucky in love heroine and davide as the pantomime villain storylines that people are loving going.
If they let them all choose organically the show will become v boring v quickly 😂

Look dislike a contestant as much as you like but don’t publish your perceived opinion like it’s a fact, especially when it comes to violent behaviour. There are other ways to portray how YOU interpreted a situation. If I get called preachy for saying this then I’ll take the hit, it needs saying, the pen is mightier than the sword.

Lol that was a bit of an odd response. The whole thread is opinions😂

if I had been ekin I would’ve felt scared and bullied by Davide last night. He showed a really horrible side and remember that’s what he shows in public on tv.
 
I just watched a little clip and Amber was giving major hater vibes last night. I’ve not seen her act so blatantly jealous or threatened until she saw Danika, she’s definitely intimidated by her 😳
I also think Gemma is quite intimidated, as I swear she said something along the lines of “I’m not worried” incredibly quickly which to me translates to “I’m worried”

I think you’re right. I want gemma and luca together. But the producers are pushing jacques drama. He’s good with Paige think they’re a slow burner. Gemma and luca it’s like they’re trying to recreate Kem amber Georgia. It did seem odd luca was the only one that came over to her and walked her back to the girls. Was like it was encouraging towards him where as even if one of the other boys had taken her on a tour then would’ve made more sense than inflicting her on the girls.
 
Why all the love for Luca again? He was ok last night but that doesn't change the bad he has done. Gemma is still just going through the motions with him, slowly. She has the ick, she's just trying to hide it.

I'm concerned Amber might jump ship from Dami. She has been threatening to for days. I think the BEST outcome for Danika here would be if she picked Jay. That would be hilarious. And she wasn't taking ES on at all when she tried to warn her off him.

Part of what annoys me in this show is the lack of honesty in that, yes some of them would like to fall in love, but their main priority is to stay in as long as possible. It's unrealistic to expect 12 people to be put together and automatically create 6 devoted, genuine couples. ES was with Davide because Luca picked Gemma before he could (and that was probably engineered by the producers to break up the age inappropriate couple).

Davide got the ick with ES as soon as he kissed her. And that's ok. It was obvious she'd be the type to rush to have sex on tv and he didn't want that with her. He might have neglected her after that, but to me that's a bit better than stringing her along. I don't have any great love for Davide but I really want him to stay because he's such good tv.

ES is acting like herself and Jay are loves youngish dream, but we all know he was gonna attach himself to any sign of fragility with the couples so he gets to stay. His eyes will wander soon (especially because of the ridiculous facade she has put on since getting caught).

Those old pics of ES... she was so pretty and didn't need any surgery. She looks great now (definitely has a great surgeon) but old. That look definitely ages people (cough cough kylie jenner). What I'm most confused about is the girl with the English accent and Turkish name wearing an Ireland sash?? Has she mentioned being Irish at all??

But it was more than an opinion wasn’t it, I’m not going to repeat what you said upthread, only that it referenced perceived violent behaviour on the part of another contestant, which never happened.
Also don’t think Ekin Sue is the type that scares easily . and have a think .. do you really think she was in physical danger surrounded by the cast and the crew.🤫

To me she wanted to calmly talk and settle it seeing as they’ve got to live together and potentially share a bed. He made himself look bad.
She shouldn’t have kissed jay the 2nd time and should’ve told Davide last night. Could see she knew it.

Jax doesn't fancy Paige though. He hasn't even kissed her yet.

I said if I was her I’d have been scared cause it’s an intimidating situation. A man shouting at you like that. The fact the boys held him to sit down showed they knew it could escalate and we’re trying to calm him.
i said he had potential to be violent didn’t say he was last night.
he’s shown himself up and gone waaaaaaay far down in estimations.
