But that’s exactly how gaslighting works no? He’s got into her head and made her think she’s in the wrong. It’s literally happening in front of our eyes?

Dami has been in the bottom 3 times now.

I think Luca is hated as much as people think, but I think Gemma is liked a lot more than people think and so people vote to save her.

Dami’s problem is that, due to unconscious prejudice, he doesn’t have that fall back. The fact is a lot of the young audience love Gemma, see themselves in her and want to be her friend, in a way they don’t with Indiyah and so they don’t have the same safety net of votes.

It fucks me off because Indiyah (IMO) has a much better personality then Gemma. Indiyah is warm and bubbly whereas Gemma can be quite cold.

I think Luca has been worse than Dami now tbh. Indiyah clearly doesn’t give a tit about what he did in Casa, where as Gemma clearly does give a tit about how Luca treats her.

The only people that Gemma should care about looking up to her are her little brother and little sisters. And I’m sure if they are watching as a family her parents are only going to be teaching them to look at and learn from one person’s behaviour and it’s not Gemma’s.

We are just gonna have to agree to disagree on this one. I accept everyone thinks I’m wrong and that’s fine. You are all perfectly entitled to do so. I’m not gonna derail the thread arguing about it cause neither of us will change our opinion.

And this is what redeemed them both for me tbh. They weren’t in the bottom when they weren’t together but still decided to get back together, and stuck together even when they were in the bottom.

I would much rather they won over Gemma and Luca.

If Gemma and Luca won now i think my head would explode, along with a lot of others on here. Just imagine the message that would send out. Tasha and Andrew have grown on me slightly, if they'd had been like they are now the whole way through, then they'd have a real chance at winning. Not saying im a fan now, but they do actually look happy together now

This! And how ITV seem to think it's acceptable to show him treating someone like this with no consequences?!

I've said it before and I'll keep saying until I'm blue in the face- if they're going to televise this sort of behaviour to millions of people then they need to also televise consequences of that behaviour, otherwise they're helping to normalise it.
 
For all the lovey dovey comments we are seeing on his Instagram, she must be getting a heck of a lot of hate to be posting all these stories. If there were more love than hate it’d be drowned out and go unnoticed. If anything his sister is just bringing more attention to the fact that he’s a dick so I’m here for it 😌

I understand your point of view but I think what we’re trying to say is Gemma doesn’t realise she’s accepting unacceptable behaviour as Luca’s gaslighting is working on her IYKWIM? x
