also Sheriff was in the villa for a week or less and didn’t have any story lines. Nobody knows what happened and he’s changed his story around a bit. I don’t trust his spin on it so I expect there’s a good reason they didn’t make an episode out of it. Jacques has been in for a while and has storylines/relationships on the show,whereas Sherif didn’t. That’s why they had to incorporate Jacques’ leaving into an episode.

There’s so much going on so they can’t broadcast everything. But yes you’re right about Dami, hopefully they can weave something detrimental about him into the storyline soon. It’s probably difficult how to storyline events presently, I’m guessing it was either Sunday, maybe even Saturday, that Jacques left so it’s not going to be easy to keep events in context.

This behaviour that Jacques has shown needs to red flagged to the late teen / early twenty girls watching love island!
Not glossed over and “it’s ok he has ADHD”
So many young girls get treated like tit & they take it as they know no better!!
 
Does anyone listen to My Pod On Paper by Orlaith Condon ??
I just want to say her note taking skills are just unreal. How she manages to watch the full episode & write down full quotes of what they said! Mad. Girl got skills!!
Absolutely love her chats about each episode. I think she is very real & doesn’t gloss over crappy behaviour either.

I agree with this and Jacques had to go but at the same time Dami was smoother about the situation and basically owned his choice but he wasn’t that sorry. His excuse was basically a hat he’s a guy. Any conversation he’s had about it he kind of plays it off as girls being confusing and/or their reaction is the issue and not what he did. Since being in the bottom two he’s ramped it up a bit but overall I don’t think he behaved great. Not to mention what a dog he was when they were in casa.

there’s a lot of focus on how awful Luca and Jacques are, and that’s fine but I do also want dami to get called out for his actions.

Yes I sometimes listen, yes remarkable reporting skills.
But annoying me as she’s still talking Dami up.

orlaith is great but she has a terrible bias and depending on who she likes/hates it can dominate her episodes. She’ll simultaneously call out Jacques while saying Faye was a victim last year In the same breath. I like the podcast she’s brilliant at breaking it down but my enjoyment of an episode can depend on who her guest is as if they’re more neutral it can be a brilliant episode but if as biased as herit Can derail quickly.

I just listened to last night’s and her guest was awful, some guy who was in The Circle. Orlaith was frequently bursting into hysterical laughter, way beyond giggling to the point she was chortling, didn’t help.
