maybe this is what gemma was getting at with jacques - when she apparently 'wouldn't let him be himself' 🥴 🥴 i suppose when you're locked in that villa it wouldn't be immediately obvious (and it's reflected in paige & jacques too so being normalised) but if luca starts to be controlling about where she can/cant go then i think it wouldn't take long for her to twig and tell him where to shove it

depends, civil servant is a huge umbrella term. Someone doing admin in a job centre is a civil servant, HMRC call centre workers are civil servants, an MI5 spy is a civil servant. Policy civil servants working in Westminster are responsible for some pretty big projects and essentially run the country.

to be fair to Sharon, she actually seemed to be fairly high up for a 25 year old, I’m guessing she was middle management level. Looking at her LinkedIn, she worked in several policy roles before becoming Operations Lead for the Department of Transport and working on EU exit policy. That’s not unimpressive, EU exit policy will have been a nightmare and a very difficult policy area to be involved in. So I think it’s fair to say she was a boss bitch in her job, it’s just a shame she made a fool of herself when Hugo said he liked natural looking women.
