This is so unbelievably odd. Imagine relying on 2 love island contestants who are complete strangers for happiness 😐😭

Not sure if this has been mentioned yet, but did anyone notice how they on Friday’s ep the boys were putting pressure on tasha to say whether or not she’d share a bed with Charlie, and when Andrew told dami and Luca that she’d said “I don’t know” they both went “ahhh fuck off”. Luca said that if it was him and gemma “100% one of them would be in the doghouse” and they acted like she was being disloyal just by sleeping in a bed with her couple. Then Paige slept in the bed with jay without any challenge or judgement or suggestion of the doghouse (that we saw) ??? I really don’t see much difference in the situations - paige hasn’t outright rejected jay either has she? Luca keep the same energy for your bestie’s girl please 😭 I’m really not tasha’s biggest fan but i think it’s a very unfair double standard, not to mention an entirely meaningless gesture because who cares who you sleep next to! Sleeping in your allocated bed next to someone is hardly the biggest betrayal 🙄

luca saying that is funny because we all know it would be him every time. gemma wouldn’t think of doing that
 
Looking at Unseen Bits I quite like Luca and Jacques for fun. They definitely joke around a lot and I think they’re closer with people than we’re led to believe from main show.

also, since they weren’t in bottom islanders vote I notice dami getting a lot closer to them.

also Jay and ekin Su we’re very couply in unseen bits so her surprise and him going for Paige makes more sense.

it's been said in a few interviews from previous islanders that they get days off for beauty treatments, relaxing without having to get ready and do their evening drinks and chats segment, and eating takeout like mcdonalds and pizza. they also normally have cleaners that come in for the villa. last year it was entirely different tho because of covid protocols. according to chloe, they did still get days off and takeout dinners but the beauty treatments were still done themselves but on their days off and the cleaners did not come often. faye said in an interview that she was the one who would clean the girls dressing room. there was an interview posted with afia and remi in the last thread, that same podcast has interviewed both chloe and faye and they both discuss these on there
