Yes!! I need an explanation! Do they just stay up really late when it’s cooler? Is it really breezy there? I wore only mascara the other night and it was imprinted on my cheek after about 30 mins

Exactly. She’s the kind of ‘friend’ you wouldn’t want to tell about your relationship because she’ll get too involved and boot off at your boyfriend. Known a few like that. I don’t think it’s about loyalty for her tbh.

I felt she had put a lot of pressure on him to say it back to her. Not on that one particular occasion only. I think over the recent weeks, he deduced she wanted to hear it but was saving it for the final date for max impact (and votes). Eventually, the pressure cooker that is the villa, put pressure on them both - Liberty to hear it and Jake to say it.

You know, when you can't sleep and start scrolling through people's social media 😆 I've had a nosy through the IG profiles of the previous contestants. Lucy Dolan is friends with Rebecca Gormley (and so are their partners). Lucy has lots of followers, Rebecca on the other hand less than 350k. Isn't it strange?

Yes I agree re Kaz. She is a stunner and dresses and does her makeup beautifully. And her body is just jawdroppingly unreal.

I actually don't mind who wins as long as it isn't Faye (and therefore Teddy). The manipulation by the production team to push them as front runners is just pathetic. After LI I would happily never see her face again. She has single handedly made it quite depressing for me. The boorish shouting and calling people pricks for a couple of days with no real backlash is just grim.
My favourite memory of this series will I think be wee Toby excitedly shouting 'She's back! Millie's back' as she sadly trudged back into the villa after meeting Lillie.

Hmm.. Well lucie was probably more memorable or slightly more liked than Rebecca, plus she was on a season that’s more memorable in general than Rebecca’s season (2019 vs 2020).

The only people from 2020 who grew big on ig from the 2020 really were the 8 finalists, and even then, one of the finalists also actually didn’t grow much - Ched with just 300k 😬 it’s clear the ‘influence’ of the 2020 contestants is pretty minimal compared to previous islanders!

ETA: just noticed I’ve been upgraded from active member to well-known member and have to laugh, because after the final on Monday I’ll prob hardly ever be on tattle and I’ll be demoted 😂

I’ve had so many ‘friends’ like Fay throughout my early 20s, thankfully got wel rid by my late 20s.

A perfect example of Faye is, last week she sat and consoled Liberty when she was having PRIVATE doubts about Jake. When Faye found out Liberty with Jake voted her and Teddy as least compatible she screamed at her in front of Jake something alongthe lines of ‘I EVEN LOOKED AFTER YOU THE OTHER DAY ON THE SWING WHEN YOU HAD DOUBTS ABOIT JAKE’.

like she’s your friend until she’s not, and then she’s gonna air ALL your dirty laundry !!!!!

This! I don’t blame Faye in entirety for this because the production team pushed and enabled her but it absolutely kills me that she never got any sort of comeuppance. Say what you want about Jake but he got called out and dumped. Literally nobody can say anything to her - teddy included an apology for making her feel bad as part of his will you be my gf. She is the most frustrating islander I’ve come across and I think the focus on her has ruined the series for a lot of people.

some of you really don't like Kaz- and she has been the least controversial on the show
She isnt a good enough friend, she laughs too much, no one is into her..... goes on and on
It is like if she isnt a carbon copy of millie or chloe, she is trash. Not everyone has learnt how to cry on queue!
She has probably cried and ITV hasn't shown it- you guys are understanding when chloe and toby have lack of screentime but when it comes to Kaz everyone is willing to believe what has been shown, with no thoughts of an edit. It is quite timely now liberty is gone, ppl are beginning to turn on Kaz- her role wasn't only to play the best friend!

Also, so many of you seem very gung-ho that tyler isn't sexually interested in Kaz- to the point of projection.
One thing you need to remember is that Kaz is a black african women. In many cultures across africa, PDA such as 'shagging on TV' etc are frowned upon. She is aware her family is watching which is probably why she isn't going overboard with the PDA. Tyler probably knows this and they most likely had a conversation about it, which is why you don't see them being overly sexual.

I would love to know who people think Kaz and Liberty should have gone with, considering everyone is relishing in the fact that their partners are allegedly not sexually 'interested' in them

I totally get what you’re saying and it makes sense, but people don’t have to like her!
For me I never felt swayed either way for her, I can’t say I like nor dislike her. But I can see why some people do and why others don’t 🤷🏻‍♀️

I think Kaz is a great talker, very articulate, she’s also beautiful and a good friend. But I still never warmed to her tbh, and I can say that for 99% of the islanders this year.
other things like the daily screeching and some americanisms can be off-putting for people. I just wouldn’t say peoples non-interest in her is down to her not being like Millie or Chloe for example.. people just have different tastes
