Google along the lines of "what is colourism", plenty of articles about it. We know that the dark-skinned black contestants on the show have a history of being treated poorly (being picked last, rarely being shown, filling the villa with guys being like "my type is blonde hair and blue eyes", black women being ditched in favour of blonde white women, etc) but the light-skinned contestants are treated more favourably. Clarisse saying she'd have been picked on the "outside world" was a dig towards Kaz because she's implying that she is the "preference" as she's a light-skinned woman.
Did Clarisse really say that ?? I had no IDEA !!!!!!!! What a cock !!

I got this from Twitter apparently it’s a quote from an interview Chuggs did . I have no words 😳

also Faye calling Jake a showman is hilarious. Pot meet kettle.
I don’t think Faye plays up for the camera at all. I think everything we see of her, the good, the bad and the ugly is exactly the person she is. And this is possibly why I don’t actually mind her. I don’t agree with everything she’s done and I find her irritating a lot of the time but people speak so highly of her when they come out, I actually find it refreshing that she speaks her mind: She needs some help controlling her emotions and not running on them all the time but I see the good in her too.

Totally opposite to how I see Jake. I don’t even think we’ve seen the real him at all during this season, he’s 100% playing games, trying to be a good guy when in fact he’s probably snaked on all the females at home within a 100 mile radius and tries to shag anything with a pulse just to get his body count up. I get punch-in-the-wall vibes from him, angry little man syndrome.

Yeah i'd agree with this. Faye does try too hard to be funny but Jake has a game plan and thats the difference for me

Colourism is something Clarisse has demonstrated again and again and again with her shady comments and likes. If you want a deep dive - Google is best. Not Tattle (I've been warned)

I'm really trying to educate myself on colourism as it's something I was very naive about until recently. Since learning more about it I'm shocked and saddened by how prevalent it is, and I do see how Clarisse's comments, and the ones she chooses to like, are part of the issue. I was just wondering if Tyler has said or done anything to make him personally seem colourist? I'm not arguing at all, I'm just asking because if he has then it's gone over my head and I'm really trying to learn to recognise the signs where I may not have noticed them before. Is it an assumption people have made because it's such a widespread problem or are there any red flags he's shown?

I hope it isn't insensitive for me to ask this, sorry if it is.
