In Series 2 they brought Malin back to confront Terry. Malin had been eliminated by the public because production had been busy showing several scenes of Malin passing on information to others which had been confided to her in confidence. She was always gonna go after that, no one likes sneaks.
Terry made noises about leaving with her (Malin) but never did. He made promises to Malin he would just continue to enjoy his time as an islander and would reunite with her after the show. It took just a couple of days for him to pair up with a new bombshell but there was no way he was getting away with it, they were filmed having sex and it was shown.
At the showdown Terry knew he hadn’t got a leg to stand on, he didn’t even try to defend himself, after a couple of minutes he walked off sulking and muttering.

I hope Lillie doesn’t really exaggerate things. He’s done bad but if he really wanted to go for it with Lillie he would have done, he obviously does still want Millie regardless. Not saying the way he’s treat Millie is right at all but Lillie will be butt hurt and out for revenge and I don’t think Millie deserves that either.
On another note it’s really pissing me off saying Millie and Lillie constantly in the same sentence. What’s the bleeping chances.

Her sitting there with a big grin on her face while talking to Millie 🤢 it's a game show but it's also real people with real feelings and she hasn't thought about Millie's feelings at all. Liam may have spilled everything to Millie after coming back - Lillie was given the chance before him (I mean Liam could have been waiting til they were on their own and not wanting to embarrass Millie Infront of the whole villa) Lillie didn't have to do that but some people just love causing drama. On the other hand he might have said nothing and Millie would be none the wiser unless one of the boys stuck Liam in. I just feel sorry for her she's had her heart crushed for entertainment😔

In fairness to the producers, how are they ever going to be able to control the type of person that sits at home and sends death threats? Those kind of people don't need an excuse to send vile messages, as we’ve seen previously.

I do agree that they know what they’ve signed up for, we’ve not seen anything new this series (apart from Lillie elbowing her way in). I don't agree with online abuse but like I said, those people will always find some reason.

The producers are trying to make a hit show that's not boring as duck, that lives up yo the expectations of the viewers and previous series, but also looks after the contestants wellbeing. It must be so difficult to get it right.

Just after I started following her on Instagram, her family who are running her account for her posted about it. It was because Chloe coupling up with Aaron meant that Shannon got dumped. Honestly it is pathetic. It’s a tv show, these people have feelings, and the outcome of the show is not going to matter to those of us who watch it in the long run.
 
Chloe is literally the really drunk receptionist at every Xmas do’ in every work place that shags Tom from the shop floor at the works do hotel and every one including Janice from accounts loves talking about how Oliver walked in and saw her bouncing on Toms cock whilst Steve was flat out unconscious on the floor after too many stellas and the legacy lives on every year and is replaced by a new Chloe and a new tom

Millie has already been upset and there’s no need to make things even worse for her.
Contestants sign up to the show knowing they are going to be put in certain situations with different people. They will likely be mentally prepared for rejection etc. What they DONT sign up for, is to have their emotions intentionally played with by the producers in the name of entertainment.

If they’ve watched a season before going on the show they’ll know that is what happens though Casa amor, the postcards, new people stealing a person they’re coupled up with…that’s what love island is about, with the added bonus of money, fame, winning the show etc. Of course they twist things for drama. Just because you recouple doesn’t mean it’s the end for a couple, look at Toby right back to Abi lol. All I’m saying is they should be well aware that’s what the show does, reality tv is about drama and emotions are involved with that… & past islanders have all said that the show isn’t scripted per se, usually the situations they put them in get a reaction so it is fairly organic, or as organic as reality tv can be I suppose. As far as Lillie goes she didn’t care at all and kept saying that he is there to be tested, she was laying it on thick even knowing he kept saying his heart was with Millie, that would evoke some reaction from the public. Death threats and comments about looks are completely unjust and should not happen at all but as for commentary if you are going on any programme and put yourself in the public eye - good or bad there will always be people who dislike you.
