Allegedly they have split. All seems to be around the time Darcy became a Pentland not a Watson. I think whatever the issue was, could it have been with Devon, Matt’s wife (another step-mother issue?).

Also, children can influence contact arrangements with a parent if they have shared custody, between 10-16 yrs the court will primarily consider the child’s thoughts and wishes. Matt also left his teaching job at Darcy’s school and took a step up as a Head of Dept at the top private school in the area. He would also have to work Saturdays as the school have sport fixtures etc that most teachers are involved in. Also Darcy would want to be at dance classes/sleepovers with friends etc. Matt would not have passed DBS check if he wasn’t clean. From what I hear through the grapevine he is a lovely man, very popular with his colleagues and students and most intellectual.
 
I always found Matt lovely well whatever vlogs he was included with Louise and him and Devon did start a YouTube channel together. And Matt would do videos about words in Spanish etc. although I always found Devon a little different. Never really warmed to her but she may be a lovely lady.

Also did Louise ever take ‘Watson’ as a surname? When she married Matt. Or did she kept Pentland. As I know Pearl is Pentland cause her and Liam aren’t married? As Darcy took her dads name as they were married.
 
I'm glad to see the NSPCC distance themsleves from Louise as she is putting her young teen in harms way, promoting her to millions online, which I beleive is very different from an unknown child posting to her friends. I am concerned to see they said " We believe that the online world is an integral part of children’s lives,", I couldn't disagree more, it's not integral in anyway to children's lives it's a world not even designed for adults very well, we just have all ended up on it more than we ever thought we would be doing our best with an imperfect set up. Not a place for children.
 
I know Louise is determined to dress younger and in a more ‘current’ style but she does NOT suit athleisure at all. She honestly should just be true to herself and wear the florals / cardis with T-shirts / jean styles etc that she likes and suits her.

I think Louise is probably spinning the situation to fit her narrative. As kids get older, they don’t tend to do the ‘1 week at Mums, 1 week at Dads’ thing. She probably sees him sporadically through the month due to her hobbies etc. I think that’s completely normal. Very vicious of Louise to insinuate he’s no longer involved.

Maybe as Matt has got a different job, and don’t think he no longer works at Darcy school? It might be more impractical. Especially if timing is different. Does anyone know why her and Matt spilt in the first place? Always thought Matt was a bit dashing 🤣
 
I can’t believe I’m about to defend Louise but I’ve just watched her on the Saving Grace podcast and I will say that I think a lot of the way she presents herself is a type of humour that just doesn’t land. She’s actually quite awkward and I don’t think she’s very confident at all.
I think she does that thing where she tries to be blunt and funny but it just comes across as snarky.
I’ll take her being awkward and snarky over her twee mumfluencer Hyacinth Bouquet shtick any day though. It least it’s authentic.
She’s still wildly passive aggressive and overshares way too much though.

Long time lurker here! Just had to comment that her make belief world in her head since she was a child was called Louise Land, and I guess that what was she was alluding to in that instagram post of Pearl at the play park
