Didn’t Louise lose patience with Zoe & her anxiety at Hello World? She said something like ‘just get over it’. Those were the rumours at the time. Makes sense that Louise won’t address it as it makes her out to be a tit friend.

there was something about Louise having to use a wheelchair because she was heavily pregnant and her pelvis I think was out of alignment, something like that anyway! and someone made some kind of bitchy comment which was speculated to have been Zoe at the time too

Darcey must be mega confident to go into an environment like Tring where everyone is more advanced and not feel that she is less than! I have performed all of my life and let me tell you something being the weak link is an awful feeling

I think being told she's mummy special princess on the daily has probably given her a LOT of self confidence. Great for little kids but probably not super helpful from here on out, especially at things like this.

Exactly this. Confidence is a brilliant thing. Arrogance is not. And kids need help defining the line between the two things, especially as they become pre-teens and teenagers.

She's phrased it so telling as well, 'mixed feelings about the experience, communication and safety' basically means Lady Louise wasn't happy. My guess would be is that she was projecting all of her own anxiety about Darcy being away at a residential camp and was probably contacting them excessively.
I think she’s edited it, as I can’t see the communication and safety bit on the post.

Well Louise has most certainly made sure Darcy Doodles is very confident that she’s the most important person in the world
that's the difference between Darcy and Pearl - Louise has drummed into Darcy Doodles that she is a star, a triple threat, a truly talented dancer etc since such a young age that she has been filled with such an extreme sense of confidence that even in vlogs etc, it can come across as arrogance, so I dread to think what she is like amongst her peers, acting as though she is superior to them, simply because that is a belief Louise has instilled into her, when she is actually a fairly average dancer - and even more so when she is attending dancing summer schools with genuinely talented performers, as her attitude is going to lead to her feeling totally crushed when she isn't top of the class and cast in the starring roles she expects and believes she deserves. there have already been reports that she introduces herself as "Louise Pentland's daughter", which is. a huge diapksy of arrogance that won't do her any favours, and i actually think that underneath this confident front, Darcy is actually fairly insecure and anxious deep down - she has simply learnt to mask it, because it pleases Louise, and obvs all the support and praise from hundreds of her mother's loyal fans won't be helping, as they reinforce the belief that Darcy is destined to be a star, and fuels that false sense of confidence, which will all come crashing down around her in the future, and potentially destroy her relationship with Louise as she blames her mother. 🤷🏻‍♂️

meanwhile, Louise is so focused on Darcy that Pearl is often overlooked, and Louise dismisses her as "wild" when in actually, she seems to be a spunky little kid who knows her own mind, with an inner confidence that hasn't morphed into arrogance, and while she is a lot younger, she comes across as far more of an appealing character, which I hope doesn't change as she grows older.

Louise is projecting her fears about Darcy being abused, although as far as I am aware she wasn’t sexually abused as a child.

i always find it interesting that Louise focuses SO much on her need to protect her kids from sexual abuse specifically, while totally overlooking the emotional abuse SHE is putting them through on a daily basis, but refusing to allow them the most basic privacy, sharing every moment of their lives online, so that they can't even relax in their own home, even their own bedrooms, knowing that at any moment, Louise may shove a camera in their face and they are expected to smile an perform on cue, with the footage immediately plastered all over the Internet without their consent! it's a different form of abuse, but it is still abusive, and will potentially have a damaging impact on their mental health as they grow up, impacting their ability to trust etc and - in Darcy’s case - the risk she will be walked all over and taken advantage of because she has had it instilled since birth to be a people pleaser!

for someone who brags constantly about her role as an NSPCC ambassador, she should be aware that there are major risks that don't lie simply in sexual/physical abuse - and sharing every detail of her kids' lives, plastering their faces all over the Internet, sharing where they go to dance class etc etc leaves them open to being targeted by awful people! of she struggles allowing Darcy to stay away at a summer school when she won't allow her to sleepover at her friends' houses - although she spends time with her dad, so it's not as though she doesn't spend time away from Louise - but her over focus on protecting the girls from certain types of abuse causes her to overlook the risks that SHE places them at, totally unnecessarily. 😔

The only schemes Darcy is attending are ones Louise pays for and not ones she’s chosen for. Surely Darcy must know that and feel conscious she’s not as talented as her peers, i’d be embarrassed if I were Darcy of my Mum’s constant posts about my hobby.

I follow Maddylucydunn on instagram and she said in her stories that she joined Louise's live ( I assume another crafting hour?) and Louise hadn't changed the name of the live from the last time she did one so it still said something about NSPCCA fundraising. So both Maddy and Louise donated in case "any viewers were confused". Just my two cents, firstly Louise has been doing social media for how long? Surely she knows by now how to change a title/set up a live? And secondly I wonder if she's secretly seething that she had to donate when it wasn't an "official" fundraiser because I'm sure there won't be any fanfare or much publicity about it.

I think she’s edited it, as I can’t see the communication and safety bit on the post.

She tagged the school in her comment so definitely wanted them to see the post. I wonder if they contacted her, thus giving her the attention she was so obviously looking for, and that's why she removed the 'communication and safety' bit. She also removed it from a reply she left in comments.

It does sound like she was probably calling a lot to check on Darcy/expected constant updates from the school.

I only recently started watching Louise again when she popped up on my feed one day. I hadn't watched her for years - since before Pearl was born. From looking at her IG I thought Darcy was some sort of dance prodigy and was well on her way to stardom...then I read here! 😄

Did anyone notice her response to someone asking ‘can we have your thoughts on the experience?’ And her very cold reply ‘this isn’t on my list, so it’s a case of googling it and making your own mind up…’ I found that oddly dismissive and cold, she’s put so much effort into advertising it as a perfect trip for Darcey, but stopped dead this viewer’s very reasonable request for her thoughts after the event?
