All it will take is someone with bad intent, “oh hey Darcy I know your Mum/Dad, I’ve even been to your house, isn’t your bedroom lovely with the XYZ features and the mega Christmas decorations etc” and before you know it Darcy could find herself in a dangerous situation.

It blows my mind that she’s in any way involved with the NSPCC. I’ve a good mind to write to them.

Most children start going to town with their friends in year 7. Darcys going into year 8 but I don’t know if Louise would allow it

it's weird how so many couples go out of their way to give the impression of a perfect relationship on social media, with smiling photos and declarations of love at every opportunity, and it is all quite clearly fake and doesn't reflect the reality of a standard relationship with ups and downs etc, it's just the highlights of their lives together shared with super lovey dovey captions - yet Louise doesn't even seem able to keep up that pretence! sure, she will smile in photos with her "good egg", but she can never manage to write a caption where she says she loves him - it's always the flowery crap about him being "the best Liam", or a focus on the fact that HE loves her, and that HE makes her feel safe, that He is a patient guy, that HE is an excellent father to the kids etc - and while we have no idea how he truly feels about Louise, she never shares any of HER feelings about him, it's only ever about the love that she has decided HE feels about her and the girls - and regardless of the reality of their relationship, Louise makes it very clear that if anything, it is very one-sided, altho far more likely, it's just an amicable relationship, with Louise determined to stick with the "good egg" who treats her well til Pearl leaves home.

it must feel like a stab to Liam though, if he hears her listing all the things she loves about her life - her house, the girls, her job etc - and then adds "oh, and a Liam who really loves me!" 🙄

I do actually think that Zoe kinda cut her off, but something went down too. Some sort of argument. I don’t believe Louise supposedly announcing Zoe’s pregnancy is the reason either. I don’t believe that Louise did that anyway because they didn’t seem like they were even in touch for Zoe to tell her that.

I also wonder about this. Because Tring do this all the time, they know how to look after kids. They know how to train kids. Is it because they didn’t answer Madam’s hourly calls? Or was she expecting like nursery app updates?! I also wonder whether the ability level Darcey is, put her at the bottom end of the group and she wasn’t able to do everything so she’s pushing the blame onto Tring? Either way, before you publicly put an opinion about a school online, you need to hope you’ve got evidence to back them up. The drama school industry and the MT industry suffered tremendously in Covid so unless madam has strong evidence for her words, she needs to be careful what she’s saying in a public space. One sided stories start dangerous narratives
 
I went to summer school 3 times when I only had enough credit for a few texts a day 🤣 think i would have been 11,12 and then 13 possibly. Can't quite remember. Anyway it was great being away dancing and what not for a week. I don't think my mum had any safety concerns and they didn't update parents or anything. There was like 200 kids no time for that! It reads like she wanted them to constantly communicate with her, which they don't do 🫠
 
There is nothing wrong with being apprehensive about your child going away. I’m would think she would have done this previously with school. The question I have now is who decided she should go there ? Is it something the theatre school is recommending for her to progress further , is it Darcey herself, maybe her father , if it’s Louise that has come up with this then it’s just sympathy gathering to allow this. If there is potential talent then is this a precursor to her going there full time and ditching the current school, presumably her current age is about right for making a swap

Louise is projecting her fears about Darcy being abused, although as far as I am aware she wasn’t sexually abused as a child.
I remember Italia Conti had to close their junior school which was sad. So many talented children without scholarships.
Yeah she should be careful because if Tring see that they may object to the safety concerns. They will have DBS checks in place etc. She’s a weapon and seems manipulative when she posts stuff like that. She is looking to the internet to soothe her.
The greatest gift a child can be given is the confidence to go out into the world and make a life for themselves.
