I'll bet Lizzy just edits together her vlog footage without even watching it. Probably just scrubs through it in the video editor to make sure it's long enough, then uploads and forgets about it. She's been doing this for over a decade, and the number of her Youtube subscribers hasn't even grown to 200k. It's just maintenance at this point.

And the ripples around the right side of her nose! Hopefully it's all just bad lighting. Also, she doesn't look comfortable in that dress even though she says she is. She's hunched, her shoulders are tense and that's an "I'm so so so uncomfortable, but I have to look like I'm enjoying myself" smile if I've ever seen one!

I doubt Lizzy would add filler to face, having a naturally full/plump face to begin with. It does look like she's recently topped up on the lip filler though.

IDK, her face looks different to say a few years ago. It's not the dimples, they're cute on anyone.

Maybe it's the fluid injections people are getting to look plumper and then when it dissolves this is the result. IDK, I'm just guessing.
