I’m not persuaded of her success TBH. She has a column at the arse end of the Mail mag (although why she still has that is baffling, admittedly). She’s failed to get a book deal and her last book was self-published. She’s one of the forgotten contestants on Celeb BB and she failed to capitalise on that opportunity. Her Substack had about 200 subscribers before she ditched it. The podcast probably has similar. It’s not like she’s one of those writers who regularly pops up on TV or is seen on all the red carpets or at the latest restaurant openings etc. If you showed her photo to random passers-by on the street I’d be amazed if anyone recognised her.
In her own mind though it is another story.

Also, I’m terribly amused by the extremely flattering ‘cartoon’ this week. A lithe supermodel with her back to us, with tanned, honeyed limbs and glowing skin, with midnight storm gleaming tresses cascading down her supple back (I should write for the DM 😂) looking expectedly at the door, whilst caressing a cocktail in her manicured hand.

Instead of what we all see , a scrawny ragged crow like figure with pasty limbs , porridgey skin, and ratty unkempt witch- like hair , desperately squinting at the door clutching its 6 th drink of the evening within its mangy claw like grasp.
