What a rant! Showing your true colours there, LF! Always good to slag off any guests who have paid to stay in your uncomfortably minimalist flat and who unreasonably expect a pretty essential part of hot foreign travel - air-conditioning. It's not intentional that she doesn't have air-con installed at all. It's because she's a lazy cheapskate. And as for caring about the environment - ha, ha! How many flights so far this year??????

I find it really funny that she's banging on about calm and providing calm environment etc just on the back of having a shrieky OTT fit about her awful holiday-flat tenants expecting air-conditioning. The hostility coming off that post was a) completely unprofessional and b) REAL.
