If you remember rightly Ted served on the royal ulster constabulary during the troubles he was John Corbetts mother’s handler. And there were rumours he was having a personal relationship with her. I think Ted is Jo Hardcastle father. Jo was adopted and moved to Scotland. The reports show she is related to Ted.And Ted is the only one who is privy to all the info passed to the OCG. And yes my husband feels that is a giant leap but I’m sticking to it!

I can't wait for the last line of this weeks episode, it'll end with Ted looking directly at the camera and saying "Malolo has explained nominal to the letter of the law, fella, the letter of the law"

Hardcastle?

Ted wouldn't be a nominal and even if it was his name in the file then I think the reactions from everyone in that scene would have been slightly different. Plus John and Jo's birthdays make your theory impossible.

Yes, I noticed the lack of prison pallor. It's funny how trivial stuff that's unrelated to the plot can make you wince. The carpet in DCC Wise's office sets my teeth on edge! 😬:giggle:

Oh mother of god 😂 after last night and reading here today I just don’t know. The male related to jo could literally be anyone who’s ever been in it. Could Chloe be the love child of gates and laverty?
Is this going to be the last series? I certainly feel like they’re trying to tie up loose ends but possibly just opening up more questions! 🤯🤯
