people like lily shouldn't have a podcast imo – she doesn't have knowledge about anything; doesn't form any innovative or deep ideas; isn't charismatic or socially intelligent enough to built a good rapport with people she doesn't know; can't put any effort into research or preparing; has a limited vocabulary and lacks skills to verbally express herself and wants to make everything about her; and also overshares on all platforms possible so even if she talked about her personal life, it would be old news by the time the podcast would be released

it worked with anna because they shared history and followers and could indulge in reminiscing the good old days of college, but even that was boring & repetitive

Well said! When I listen to podcasts I want the host to be intelligent and eloquent. People who said 'like' every 3rd word should be banned from podcasting. There should be some kind of test they have to pass to get a podcast license.
