I think Lily is completely lost when it comes to clothes. SHe once had that friend-stylist who was helping her find her style (the ginger girl, forgot her name), she was also always copying Anna yet she still really does not know what to wear. She also buys far too much and horrible quality, she never checks composition but can spend a fortune on a poly dress or acryclic cardi etc.

She's lost b/c she hasn't accepted the shape she has (for the record is great) is her new normal.That outfit with her birkenstocks is atrocious b/c the colors and textures do not compliment each other whatsoever. Lily was the conceited one in school (not necessarily the "it girl" or the most popular one) who could pull off anything while eating whatever she wanted with minimal exercise which she really leaned into her early-mid 20s. Now that her figure is leaning towards mid-sized all she wants to do is cover up and be comfortable yet somehow be known for beauty and fashion as part of her pillars solely to get gifted/sponsored/heavily discounted clothes and luxury beauty products. There's a reason why many brands aren't flocking to her b/c her lack of identity (notice zero & Other Stories haul/purchases in the last few months b/c that discount code dried up, perhaps?).

Instead of the pillars, Lily should market herself as a middle-class basic plain Jane. I'm actually 100% serious. If she did this, it would describe who she is in a nutshell but she won't b/c she refuses to accept that's what she is.

I am 100% not rooting for any idiot influencer, but I do hope Lily spends money stylist simply bc it’s infuriating that she can and won’t, then comes up with bullshit like this. That’s like a multi thousand pound outfit, due to the Chanel. And there is just no universe where Boston Birks and a Chanel should be paired!
 
Lily rearranged and renovated her whole main bathroom and kept making a point of the fact that she hates that the loo is right in front of the door and the thing you see when the door is open so she relocated it, and yet when she vlogs in her loft/office the door is always open with the loo on view!
 
Was there a discussion on whether Lily had a problem with Gleam/someone at Gleam and Anna got caught up in the disagreement?

Or do we think more likely that Anna cut Lily off for some reason and Lily felt she had to leave Gleam?
