Names that are traditionally “nicknames” are now very popular as first names. I suppose people think “why bother with Theodore or Edward when you can just call your child Teddy.”

Although I personally really like ‘old’ proper names and having the option of a nickname (or several) rather than using the nickname alone.

Grey is really the most miserable name. What can you shorten that to? It’s so devoid of personality (like Lily).
 
I like meanings behind names - either classical meanings or just a personal meaning to the person choosing the name. Grey just feels like Lily jumping on the bandwagon of 'unusual' names. But it's to particularly pretty or special. Rich went for it cause that's how Rich is.

On not posting during the weekend - I think that Gleam have told her to tone down the boring content or that Rich is fed up of Lily posting every boring detail of her life then having to sit under the table and cry when someone calls her out for something thereby ruining everyone's weekend.
 
Sorry if this is old but I don’t follow her - saw a reel(?) pop up in my search page - of lily coming in and out of her wardrobe. I wish she had just stayed inside the wardrobe. I wish Grey had barred her in!

Her demented smiling/teeth. Her clothes and hair were a mess. She’s just not a pulled together person is she. Can’t pull together anything beyond the most basic outfit. Can’t pull together a thought or a meal without help.

The book I’m reading at the minute has a male character named Grayson...they call him Gray for short.

I’m fine with Bailey, Rocco, Asa and Soren. Honey is a little much. But if you’re yelling Honey, Bailey and Rocco at the park, like the PP said, you would 100% expect a pack of dogs to come running 😂

Especially since she was so aggressive towards any comments about pregnancy before she had Grey. Let's not forget the "don't make me get out the contraceptive pills!!!" stories when anyone dared ask her about kids. I haven't checked the timeline but some of those must have been when they were already trying. Why is she so open about it this time around? Either she's already pregnant or then she's simply convinced that it will happen again. Guess no one told her about secondary infertility.
 
When she announced the birth of Grey, I was absolutely horrified at the name choice... Grey for a sweet innocent baby girl was so miserable and well, Grey! Especially with Luna as the middle name, it just doesn’t go together, it doesn’t flow.

However, I do think Grey Garnham sounds ok for a teenager and older, it’s just not a nice name for a little girl.

I always think if you give a quirky/unusual name, the kid has got to be cool...Grey can’t be a nerd at school, otherwise she’ll be crucified for her name 😂 she’s gonna have to be in the popular crowd! (Kids are so cruel 😞)

I am not a fan of Girls names that when they grow up will sound childish...Daisy, Lily, poppy, etc. Nice as a child but not as an adult. Too delicate lol.

Guys I’m sorry to tell you the name of Carly’s son is definitely Acer, NOT Asa. (Proof attached) Yes I know it’s hard to believe but the Martin sisters’ taste in names really is THAT bad! We have Acer and Soren (Carly); Bailey, Honey and Rocco (Jojo); Grey and ??? (Lily). Then again what did you expect from someone whose middle name is Pebbles (chosen by her sisters who were 7 and 10 when she was born).

Since Lily is clearly reading here and taking our advice and suggestions onboard I now fully expect her to give inevitable baby number 2 the name '???' She will call the baby Questions. Questions Navy Rae Garnham.
