It’s like she has a form of body dysmorphia. Whereby she thinks she is and looks much slimmer than she is.

Of course Kerri is now going to say ‘oh my god Kirst, you look amazing!!!!’ Because she’s basically been told to say it! And then tomorrow we’ll get ‘Kerri told me I look amazing and she noticed it straight away!’

As a general rule of thumb, weight loss shows properly at around 10% of your starting weight. So assuming she started at 20 stone, I’d say she’s more than that to be honest, she won’t notice a difference until she’s lost 2 stone plus. Even with a coach, she’s never going to change her mindset. She’s still eating loads of processed and fast food and still chasing the quick fix that she’s never going to get with the amount of weight she has to lose. Moaning to her coach that she can’t see a difference three weeks in when she’s 20+ stone …… he must have been sitting there like 🤦
 
Hoping Kerri compliments her weight loss just like she hoped her Nanny would. I've never known a person to be so bloody in love with themselves like she is. She looks no different! That 10lb loss from her overall body won't be noticeable to anyone far less herself and like other have said, maybe after 2st people will notice. Funny that she had pizza last night when earlier on in the day she said she was having something with avocado and maybe beans. She has no self control. If she has a loss this week it's a flook lol or all that sodium gain from last week has left 🤣

The only reason Danual has noticed is cause he’ now got 10lbs less weight on top of him for their fortnightly bonk. She’s on her period every other week.
Mind you they strike me as a missionary lights out couple with Bernie next door listening

I thought that too. I think she’s weighing mid week tbh and then trying to catch herself up by the weekend. She would be better daily weighing and logging an average loss to deal with fluctuations etc and it would also remove the need for her to binge over a Saturday and Sunday and then restrict all week.
 
Part of me thinks, slow and steady wins the race. The other part thinks at her weight she should be losing more if she is really serious about this. But I guess KFC, Pizza Express and multiple chocolate based snacks doesn’t scream serious weight loss.
Same, if she was eating say, 2500 calories (plucked a random number out of the air) of all the good stuff and wasn’t having 3 takeaways a week, and was actually doing decent stuff in the gym to build muscle, it would be different. Instead of having chocolate bars for snacks she could have fruit. I see the additional protein she’s adding to her diet a bit redundant at this stage- yes it’s more filling but given her meals aren’t filling in the first place she should load up with chicken etc there.

ETA- she’s clearly not eating much differently to how she was before, otherwise as others have said, it would have dropped off her the first 4-6 weeks.
 
Her time of the munfffff is next week, she only had her period on the 11th feb! That’s girl needs to go to a doctor and get checked over cause that’s not normal to have a period every 2/3 weeks!!!!
I don’t understand how she knows it’s coming? When I was bigger (and I have PCOS) my periods were probs every 2-3 weeks as well but they weren’t always “proper” periods and I couldn’t tell if they were coming, they would just show up? Sometimes every 2 weeks, every 3, 5, it was random.
 
I’m starting to think there must be something medically wrong with her. For someone her size to only lose 1lb in a week eating 1800 cals a day - it just doesn’t make sense!
I don’t think she is eating 1800 a day. When she had her KFC she said a couple of pieces of popcorn chicken - there were 10. I think she’s under estimating and not actually properly weighing and tracking.
