I can't even begin to imagine how it must have felt to find out that way, my heart breaks for them all.

The people who spread the news on social media and took pictures and gave them to media outlets all without a single thought for his family should be ashamed of themselves.

She literally posted one of many family pictures. I think she just meant that she didn't have a lot of photos of just them because she didn't want her time with him to be spent taking photos when he had enough of that with his job

Shes only gone for dog food hasnt she ? I've not seen anything about her so wouldnt have an opinion on wether she' looks happy' or not but often people grieve and deal with terrible situations like this in unexpected ways.Not everyone deals with death by sitting around crying.

This is true. I can’t comment on this Kate person or what her intentions were with him or what she’s feeling now, but it took 6 months for the death of my grandmother (who was basically a mother to me) to truly hit me, and when it did, it was like a tonne of bricks. Up until then, I was numb and just on autopilot. Everyone deals with grief in different ways

The key there is 'supplying', it would never be manslaughter on any count.

That's just silly though. Food can kill if you eat enough of it, the difference is the intent. Someone supplying illegal drugs to a drug addict knowing there is a high likelihood of harm is completely different to providing therapeutic drugs legally, and with good intentions. I don't understand how you think that's remotely comparable. Yes there are bad eggs but people in the healthcare profession are there to make people better, drug dealers are not.
