O'Brien would just be a gobshite, any hint at physical violence and he'd urinate himself and run away. Lammy has talked about growing-up with an alcoholic father (I don't know if that's true or not) so it wouldn't surprise me if he is tee-total.
 
But no doubt James was venting his ire to avoid the dreaded self-implosion caused by unresolved anger?. His worthy therapist will have trained him to do this. There still remains work to be done re his passive aggressive behaviours though and on his inferiority complex.

Could do better.
 
What a bloody awful day with the weather, let’s hope tomorrow is better,my friend Gary treated me to lunch at Browns great service lovely food,nice outlook,looking forward to going again.

I have just found out that today (Thursday) is a RAJAR report release date, for last June.

Unfortunately having just found out, there is no time to look in any great detail at the figures. What I could see is that the LBC audiences are DOWN on last quarter. However, if NF or J O'B have individually increased their respective audiences then that is what LBC will crow about ! There maybe some other figures that they can interpret as a gain - if so, expect to hear it on their news bulletins. If there is no mention then it is down all round!

No figures for individual shows but LBC's silence on the RAJARS indicates there's nothing to boast about. Had a look at Radio Today's chart and it looks as though there's a slight loss across the station, although Global's music stations are doing well. GB News flourishing! The headlines are all about the kicking Radio 2 has taken after getting rid of Ken Bruce- 1m down!

Legendary LBC listener Colin from Windsor announced he has scaled back his LBC listening in order to focus on the Women's World Cup.
This may be a factor?

I wonder if people are just sick of the constant doom and gloom. Being angry all the time is not healthy.

I have definitely stopped listening to LBC as much as I used to. Music stations are my go to now. Ken Bruce instead of James is much better.

Letting Steve Allen go was a massive blow to me. Now the only person I listen to regularly is Nick Abbot.
 
I just can't warm to Swarbrick. He's like the Dan Walker of radio broadcasting. He's not a god-botherer is he? He has that supercillious Christian vibe about him.
