she is goading him at every given opportunity. I am impressed that he hasn’t publicly hit back (excuse the pun) but I soo want to hear his side of the story,

I just find from outwards appearances that the power balance would swing much more towards her - she is older, she has the money, the status, the connections, the rental property, the lease car. If she told him to leave the house legally he would have to go. Some women are trapped by virtue of the power being tipped the other way. They don’t have support or don’t feel they do, they may have given up work to look after the kids and can’t afford to leave, the property is owned or managed by their partner etc. They could be threatened that custody could be challenged and they could not afford to fight legally.

Obviously, this is not always the case though and I appreciate you challenging my position. Totally agree she has been in toxic relationships before - certainly things said in the press by her exes has not been complimentary.

I'm not having a pop at all Clicky (you or anyone). I just feel that some people on are very quick to dismiss Loz as the abuser. In my own case, I was older than him, better job, my own house and car - so maybe I see it for a more realistic viewpoint? My house became 'our house' etc. Leaving isn't easy for many reasons, my own mother wouldn't take me in because she didn't want the trouble at her house - my own mother! Friends just want you to leave, they don't know how to deal with the situation, by the end of the relationship i was so isolated I had no one, no family, no friends.

We don't know if Lauren abused Charles, but we do know he hit her and there is no excusing that (IMO).

However, She is a peculiar woman who don't half make me laugh! She is truly bizarre!

Today's, pissed of posts are a joy to behold!
