I don't suffer With panic attacks but I have had 2 in my life time. Oh my god they're terrifying, you feel like they'll never end and the more you concentrate on it the worse it gets. Lozza was just experiencing a come down and it's vile for her to waste NHS resources.
It really is I am lucky that as I got older my mental health issues got fewer but working with kids and sometimes grown ups who are so surrounded in their own skin by panic it is bleeping shocking that she trivialises it. I never liked her from the get go but this was a pivotal moment for me.
Honestly I think she has been half-cancelled to an extent, thankfully. In the sense that is anyone actually a proper fan of hers?! I'm not a big woop woop person but I know we have nurses on this thread (and a vet) imagine that is what you see when scrolling through social media or in the news. When you are even before this garbage we are living through doing your job and caring for people.

In my volunteering work I have taken children to A and E who are at the end of days and have had to sit for hours and yet this person jumps the queue it is an absolute joke. Random anecdote but my brother played rugby for years and he’d have club matches every Sunday and I’d go. Invariably he’d break an ankle or sprain a wrist and we’d have to go and sit in A and E for hours while he’s in agony. Big Loz can throw on a hot pink sports bra and call an ambulance because she has ‘ankyzyty and panick at-yacks’

I did my bi yearly Facebook post last night and was quiet on here today because I was catching up with all the people who saw it and sent me messages to catch me up on their lives .My best friend says my super power is seeing the magic in people and that's always enough.How lovely are you

Well I think if I every get out again all that will fit me is my leisure wear but mine looks more like I’ve rumbled through a lost and found box and took whatever would fit. So as comfy as it would be to go for a few drinks and a dance the bouncers would not be letting me in or lighting my fags.
