Laura's Views #5 Alert Alert, Laura is on her period but at least we know she’s not reproducing

Have you ever known anyone leave the guards? A pensionable job you can leave after 30 years service,? Someone frugal like Laura leaving early? I’m telling you we know she was ‘moved/downgraded/relocated’ to a desk job several years ago. If this is a resignation I bet you she was managed out & I don’t even mean she did anything wrong, could be the opposite. You get bullied out of that place it’s toxic. Someone could have bullied her and she spoke up- I’m just guessing.! But come on. Laura is frugal she’s been trying to set a mortgage - this isn’t a normal move so hope she is ok
 
no nowadays the gardas is just a job- the pay and pension for the newbies is shocking. Years ago the gardas was a job for life but not anymore. A lot of new gardas join and realise the job isn’t for them, it’s a lot different to what they thought it would be and most importbstly pay is shocking. The PUP is nearly more financially better than the wages nowadays. When she joined she joined on a very good wage with a very good pension.m. It’s the most thankless job in the world so I have to admire her for packing it all in so she must have something much more financially better lined up.
 
I don’t think she has many service years though, so maybe if she was there 10/15 years it would be more shocking. I suspect she’s only with them maybe 5 or 6 years.

Yup - I asked someone who joined around that time before recruitment was paused for a few years, and she was in his training group. Her 30 years service would have been from September 2009. So she's just shy of 13 years in the job.
 
I'm also shocked she resigned and gave up a well paying job but on the other hand I'm not. She wasn't suited to it. She did her job and didn't get into trouble. She dealt with what was reported to her. But had no interest in being any more active than that. She chose to go into control as its considered handier.

True but I wonder was having such a job like the gardas holding her back. She never referenced it but hated people know what she did. I mean a Garda going to Mayo for a ride during lockdown isn’t the best thing to known for and there was a few photos of her posted on this in uniform so I’d say secretly she was raging that people knew who she was in real life. She went into control for a handier number and I’d say to get out of the Public eye because she doesn’t want to be regconised by a member of the public signing a passport form as the girl who publicly announced she is celibate since 2020. Remember when she set up Patreon she said it was a toss up between that and only fans so I wonder will she be more open and risqué now she knows she has nothing to lose only her dignity. .
