TBH I don't think anywhere is the same as when I left much less how it was when I was a kid, its all changed for the worse IMO, indeed I think it won't be long until everything within the M25 is classified as London and Surrey will disappear like Middlesex has already by being swallowed up by Greater London.
Garsons has become a bit of a monster though - I heard a few people have had the right hump over how its taking over the area much like Chessington World of Adventures has already

Another week begins - dunno where they keep going really?
The fox has been back again but luckily I went out there having heard a lot of noise at about 4.30pm to see a young fox heading past the goat hut towards the remaining chooks! And that absolute idiot Dave was walking straight over to him!!!
I sent Dave packing then headed into the ferns after the fox noticing it actually has a broken back leg, which might explain why it has become so brazen in coming near People for food - desperation. Anyway I hurled a load of sticks at it and shouted loudly so I hope it'll be deterred from coming here - aside from that I really don't know what to do because I really don't want to pen my birds nor do I want the fox hurt more than he is already either. What a dilemma
Nope as of mnutes ago another hen has gone and this from the front garden too; Think I have to accept I shall lose all of them now
