Krusties #31 Shall we all set up Go Fund Me's, to pay our bills and ho-laydeez?

Rita how’s that animals doing? My Dave?🥰
Dave is fine Dolly; He is a proper cockerel now and tries his luck with the three hens but they ll clout him one and send him packing! He never learns though haha. I only have three cockerels and three hens now though as I lost one of my old girls a couple of weeks ago but once we move I'll have some more for sure because they are such characters. (y)

Hasbeen! The Cambridge Arms! What a reputation that place had eh? Back in the day an old mate (via football) had a pub down the road The Three Tuns with a disco & strippers etc. Last time I passed through Kingston the place was all gentrified though,
Oh my gosh I remember the Three tuns!! I never expected that through the Hate and detest of Skanky that my past would revisit!!
yesterday with Joanna was Fooking scary and brought back some tit memories But on the positive side I look at who I am and where I am now and how I escaped from being a totally obnoxious little Biaatch lol
To be fair I was really lacking in confidence and my upbringing was weird ( yeah abuse from my brother tit childhood) But my Mum came from Money my dad remortgaged the house and ran away with some Tart lol and then we ended up on a council estate in new Malden ( sheephouse way) so I was confused to say the least
Kingston is really posh and expensive now I left 17 years ago and not been back ( Clutching my irish passport lol )
What a Fooking small world!!!! 🙏🙏💕💕

I originated from The Other Side of Kingston (Hampton Court / Surby/ Esher & onwards). I've not been to UK in two years now but last time I did I was horrified TBH and I'm in no rush to go back ever again since my kids have all left the area now and headed off to pastures anew with their own families. That alongside, my parents are now both dead now (and thats another not-so-nice set of memories), I'm not in contact with my siblings anyway so thats IT as far as visiting the old Stomping Grounds! Resigned to the Past :)
OH was only reminiscing the other day about Fat Boy's Caff just down the road from the Cambridge by Kingstonian FC with their legendary mega-fry-ups! Thinking of His Belly as usual LOL Oh and the Sir Robert Peel pub! Oh lordy!! :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

Like you though I am very glad to be OUT actually because we have found a peace in life we'd never have over there, life plods along in a time-honoured fashion, nothing ever rushes along and there is NO PRESSURE whatsoever to have a brand new car or any of the rest of it; We will see out our days here and watch our little French granddaughter grow up :)

Evening all 💜
Hope you are all well @Facehugger I feel awful I've only just seen your belated birthday wishes 🤦🏻‍♀️ Thank you XX for some reason the watch thread had buggered off.

My pain is off the sodding charts at the moment. I had an appointment with my cerebral palsy and Hemiparisis consultant who turned round and asked me why I hadn't noticed my splint didn't fit correctly. Errr I had no clue and can't tit crystal balls. After some strong words I've been for another splint casting. That's ready middle of July. I've still got to wear the other splint otherwise when I walk or get in or out of a taxi I'll go arse over it, it's sodding painful wearing the bleeping thing. Add to that my left side is bleeping up if I went to a vets they'd put me down 😂

My second cousin who has lived in different parts of Asia for 16 years.

(Backstory I used to go up in school holidays from aged 13 and look after her, then once I left school I went up a hell of lot. Uber bleeping crap parenting from my mum and dad and her mum is a bleep. But she's my girl)

She had a baby girl two weeks ago and I'm so proud of her. Although fluent in several languages culturally she was blindsided .Add to that she went for a job interview 6 days before her C section and found out 2 hours before she had the baby she'd got the job.

When Mr Rev met her for the first time he couldn't believe how similar we are and said we were more like sisters 💜

That has taken my mind of the pain a little bit.

As usual I've written an essay .. sorry 😔

Morning all! Well we lost another chicken yesterday, we think taken by a bird of prey or a fox on his way from the forest going by the amount of feathers, so I am down to three hens and two cockerels now. ( Panic not Dolly - Dave is perfectly fine -its just him and his Dad left!) Now we'll just have to get them in earlier than we would normally in summer and thats not always easy when they don't want to go home, but I won't get any more until after we move, whenever that'll be!!

Nope, still no news on the final exchange date either for our new Home when all we want to do is clear the cottages out to begin making them habitable again, and thats not going to be a quick job seeing as theres a minimal electical supply (two sockets & a lght bulb per cottage), the water main is on the property edge & stops there, both roofs are buggerred along with the barn roof and theres no septic system at all, plus no kitchens, bathrooms or even A Toilet in either house! I just wonder how the old lady existed in such conditions but clearly she did for many years until she was taken into Care, thus we have got quite a task ahead of us to which perhaps we have left it a bit late in our lives to be tackling this little lot AGAIN having done it 18 years ago when we came to France originally - hey-ho! :) OH says we'll just about have it finished then we'll die but at least it'll be nice for our son to inherit eh? :ROFLMAO: Actually I paid the place a little visit the other day to say hello and tell her we'll be there for her soon enough, (yes I am a loony who talks to houses haha!) - the farmer has moved his cows right in front now so as I pulled in they all raced over to have a look at me then studied me as I waded through the long grass. I look forward to the challenge in one way but in many others I am bloody dreading it but I guess I'm lucky in that OH is very experienced in all aspects of renovation having done many over the years we've been here - I have not got the problem of finding a Builder because I have one on a leash already LOL; I just hope that we can get the main cottage habitabe before he have to leave here otherwise we'll have to live in a caravan or mobile home and that'll be a bloody nightmare scenario!

Mick Kempson is Ringing Bells but I can’t place him
when I was at Key cars it was John Billy bullshit who owned it, he had a old Range Rover and painted it with Hammerite paint ( hideous lol)
Mick i wonder if he was one of the VIP drivers at Oak radio cars and he was one of the Status Quo drivers?? ( Rick Parfitt was such a funny fucker lol )
This is the Thread we can chat on 💕
God that’s annoying me now I can’t place him
But to be fair I must have worked at 50 mini cab companies either in the control room or cooking the books lol
That is going to bug me all day I can picture a face but can’t place it lol 😂
Love Barnaby 🐑🐑🐑 He’s got some fancy footwork

Small world! I know it well :)
Well just after I logged off here earlier I was clearing up and washing-up after OH made his toast (what an effing mess he leaves every time!); Anyway there was a huge kerfuffle outside, I turned to look out of the back door to see a fox had pounced on one of my last hens and was in the process of carrying her off, I unlocked the door and raced out to corner the bastard trying to drag her through the fence to the old goose run but he couldn't get her through the wire so abandoned her and left her to die in my arms, my poor little girl; So we had another funeral. Well things must be desperate if a fox is out and about during the daytimes but it did look a rather old and tatty animal so perhaps thats why its suddenly decided to kill my birds? So OH is after it now and I'm on red alert in case it comes back again. Two hens and two cockerels left now

Thats a Oussant sheep - I had a couple of them years ago but sadly the ram was an evil little bugger who attacked everybody and everything so he got rehomed! He actually attacked me when I was feeding them all and I collected a headbutt in the face giving me massive shiner - never had any problem with goats though, they are such lovely creatures. My Barnaby is a darling boy too x
Awwwww cows saying hello to you,is that your home, pic of cottages?
Yes it is Dolly; The cottage at the back by the lane is the one we will live in so top priority. The smaller one at the front will be storage initially then maybe a gite, then theres the barn on the right; The place behind is another cottage but not part of our property, the land at present stops in front of the cottages then goes off in an L shape behind the barn, but we are hoping to buy or lease a portion of the field where the cows are to give us space for all the animals, however this view was taken from a small piece of land up the road that actually belongs to us but its about ten feet tall in brambles and stingers at present, plus I want the animals near us rather than 5 minutes away.

I worked at Oak Radio Cars!!!!!!🤣🤣🤣 I was a telephonist. Then moved to Park Road with them when they became ABC. I could claim 100s of thousands in historic sexual harassment but they are probably all dead! Then it was as called life. I remember Angela, David, Gordon, Ray, Colin oh everybody.
What is this Summer thing? We seem to have had endless rain and storms for weeks now - reckon we must have easily made up for that heatwave & drought two years ago!
My Aunty May and Uncle Charlie lived on Weston Green Esher/Thames Ditton. We went to all the big jumble sales in the church hall round the back. This would be early 70s. My Aunty Ada lived in West End we went to tea and had salad and ham and wonderful cakes. I used to fish for Sticklebacks in the pond. Many happy memories of a time sadly gone by.❤️

The foxes around here are bold beyond belief. I'm so sorry about your chickens they are great characters and so friendly. We've lost a couple it's heartbreaking. Barnaby is super friendly but Shaun the white one will try to bully and butt. I tell him off and give him a smack but doubt he feels it just goes off sulking! I don't think KP has ever she's a tear over any of her dead animals.

OMG! I know all these places - the old home turf Joanna!! My late mother worked at the Hospice for 25 years too plus my father's racing pigeon club was in the clubhouse at West End. These days those tiny cottages on the Green sell for zillions!

Yes it sold again a couple of years ago for over a million. It's tiny. They were so pretty little 2 up 2 downs no bathroom and outside loo I absolutely adored going there and my dad always dropped them off at The Cozy bingo in Surbiton on the way home. This is Weston Green. The ones in West End go for even more. Although it's turned into a rat run these days since Garson Farm extended vastly. Peace shattered for the people who live there.
