For years she’s banged on about how this is her job, how she works etc. Well isn’t Roma starting full time preschool next month? So all 3 girls will be out all day, every day? How can she justify sitting at home doing absolutely nothing now?

She surely must get a part time job now?! I mean they obviously could do with the money and it would give her a purpose, some freedom and socialising perhaps.
I maintain that she will want to move house in the next couple of years so you assume she would want the solid income even more.

oh they 100% do keep amber for their diversity quota, which is shameful and I’m surprised she puts up with it!

Why do they all get so high and mighty when they quit you tube (thinking Charlie Meads, Mrs Meldrum etc) they all suddenly say they don't want to show as much of their kids etc and to keep things back yet then just spew it all over instagram instead. So what is the actual difference? Is instagram where they make their money - how exactly?!

I wouldn’t be surprised if we never hear about it again if she’s given up YouTube.

Seems to be a lot of money in Instagram. I think sponsored ads and stories pay quite well. But she doesn’t get any…

I saw lily pebbles say on one of her q&as that it’s harder to make enough money on YouTube these days, plus it’s the platform that requires the most effort, so unless you’re uploading daily and getting a lot of views it’s not really worth it. I’m guessing this is why she’s stopped, nothing to do with safeguarding her kids!

Yeah she could never be consistent with youtube. It was something she said she would be nut it didn't happen and what content she did put out was rubbish. So much for following all the "American you tubers" like she said. They know how to make content and edit videos miles better

I’ve been following for years. Never commented.
Youtube/Instagram for Kerry can’t be classed a job anymore in my opinion.
She’s had one paid collaboration with Nivea which looks like a paid opp.

Ways you can make money from Youtube is monetising videos (very little payment) and getting paid opps from brands. Alot of bloggers these days write the words AD, but nothing else alongside which i think is wrong. As alot of opps are not paid. For example; gifted a place to visit. Unless you have a really high following and engagement, it’s unlikely a brand will pay when they’re giving a gifted stay/day out/product too. Most cases it’s one or the other.

ways to make money for Instagram is swipe up affiliated links (very low) and paid opps though reels, stories and posts.

I looked back to 1st of June and one ad is all she had (correct me if I’m wrong). I would guess she would have had approximately £50-£200 for that Nivea ad. I would say more so 50-100. Which proves that is what she earned since June1st as don’t think there was any other ads in between?

She needs to be careful with her Instagram. She’s definitely paying for likes or joining in with follow trains (there are some popular ones around that can get you up to 1k likes!!)

Her photos get roughly 500 likes. Even her Nivea ad one even got her average 500 likes - which is VERY strange for an ad. And the photo wasn’t anything spectacular either. Also, average 500 likes and an average of 2-3 comments, does not add up at all.

I personally think she does need to get a part time job now. I’m not even saying it in a horrible way either. It will do her good for confidence, have a ‘break’ that she actually deserves, be social with others and I guarantee her mental health will be better.

but I can’t see her stepping out of her comfort zone anytime soon at all. She is still trying to be someone she isn’t right now.And trust me that dark hole is very easy to get stuck into when you’re a blogger/vlogger and it’s so difficult to get out of. I feel for her I do. But i do think she needs to step back now. Shes had her time and she needs to get out of the rut and accept that she can’t call it a job anymore. Unless she is going to turn and put some 1000x effort and get herself out there, but i very much doubt that. And it would be very difficult to do so these days.

So she’s gone away with her Mum, her nan (or Mum’s friend maybe?!) and her brothers girlfriends. But what did they do? If it was a theatre trip or something, I would understand. But just seems they went away for the sake of it……mind you, Kez probably jumped at the chance seeing as she never gets a break even when Waz man is home. I wonder how he’s getting on with all 3 girls at home

I haven’t caught up with the whole thread yet but I think it’s nice she’s went away with the women in her family. I don’t find anything strange about it all.

Agree. She just needs to realise she's NEVER gonna make it. And to stop living in a dream world.
