I met her ages ago, asked her what she thought of living in Meath. She said she loved it. Not to far away more value for money not as crowed and right beside the motor way. Really shocked to see shes moving! But a small house probably for 4 people

She was never out of Dublin the whole time she lived there, even when the baby was small spent her days walking around shopping centres with him, it was actually quite sad.

She has a fine big house. Reason for moving back is h er parents are unwell. Ella is already moved up to a new school.

I guess family is everything really and I can understand wanting to move to be near them.

Jesus Athboy is no where near Dublin, at least 40mins to get to boarder (so Blanch area) and in traffic feck that.

I’m from the country the sticks and I’m not laughing at the original poster at all, laughing at how different peoples ideas of ‘nowhere near’ can be 40mins to me is nothing Jez I’ve 30mins to get to any kinda supermarket and I can’t imagine it any other way again, not making small of someone’s opinion plus if her mother is ill and she can afford to move closer then be sure I’d do the very same

Ah yeah I get it if you know no better, but if you are used to everything been so close it's a reality shock.

If house sells for what it's advertised for she'll make a few quid after fee's so will give her a good deposit for Dublin, house is beautiful but MAD money given location, unless you are living/working nearby etc imo

It's all on prsa she's making 135k if she sells for asking. That's obviously before estate agent and solicitor fees. Prices are mental lately, especially in Dublin
