She seems quite withdrawn from the beginning of the vlog, maybe her hay fever is really bad? Mine has been really bad some days this summer. She seems very sad from the start, even when she's showing the apartment in the Lakes and saying how they saved money, she doesn't seem very happy either.
When they get back to London and she's going through her mail, she seems like she's about to cry, but maybe just tired after the long journey. HOWEVER! When she explains why she's wearing the ring on her middle finger, "because it's tiny bit too big which is understandable 'cause it wasn't made for me", her voice breaks a bit there.
It's all a bit bizarre.
I kinda think she should have maybe not announced it straight away? Maybe edit it out of the vlog and when it settles in a bit, then post it online later on? I wouldn't be surprised either if she ended up getting the other ring as well, the one he was going to propose with originally, you can easily explain that you don't want to lose his family's heirloom and only wear it on special occasions and wear the more modern ring every day.
BTW her natural hair colour is surprisingly nice and when they're away, you can see that her hair has nice wave to it. If she stop frying it and used nice conditioners and maybe used the Curly Girl hair method, she could get nice natural waves if not curl out of it.
