The face lift was completely unnecessary, and the skin is so tight that it is pulling her ears into an unnatural position. It couldn't have happened to a more deserving person imo, just pinning back the lugholes is not going to fix the problem.

I was just having a nose whilst unable to sleep and up popped this notification! Thank you @Nelly's mum for giving me something to occupy my mind.
These cheeky ears have been caused by removing too much skin - she did not have enough laxity for this recent facelift. The idea of removing skin from behind the ear would be crazy, the tension on the incision would be extreme. You can see the scar in front of the ear has stretched and the same would happen to any new scar (if it even managed to heal closed). If they are planning on just using stitches to try and flatten the ears closer to her head - it won’t improve the position of them. Once too much skin has been removed it is a very difficult issue to fix.

Swollen legs is also an indication of heart issues, my brother had that just before he was diagnosed with a heart problem.
 
Looks like she went to the sunbed place on Tuesday (must have changed top, like she does) but she was sitting in the passenger seat when she did the ad. Did you get a freebie, or did you pay, seeing as you always say you pay your way 🤷🏻‍♀️

OMG.... and look at the scar tissue around the front of her cheeky ears. They do actually look like stick-on party ears...!

Such a bad person to take kids out in the fresh air, attend school, get them involved in sports and engage with nature and to respect and love animals, oh my, throw him in jail quick! Does everything that any normal parent does (quite tge opposite of Skankerella) but still gets flack, the bad, bad man!
