Thanks for explaining that. If the Priory stint was for her to avoid jail though, how was the sentence not carried out when it seems obvious that she did not comply or complete any treatment? There should have been some kind of checks because the end result was farcical. I know there is probably a lot that we aren't told, but in terms of justice it really isn't a good luck, the way she appears to walk away from everything.

Let alone killing herself and leaving those kids with a gaping hole in their life that would never heal, she could very easily have taken the life of someone else's child/parent etc.
Can you imagine (God forbid) if one of her children was maimed or killed in an RTC caused by a driver over the prescribed limit/high on drugs?! It would be all the press and her social media as her next big campaign, just like "Harvey's Law" was!
Part of her sentence should have been to attend face to face meetings with the people who have lost loved ones to RTCs caused by drink/drug driving. Then again, she is so devoid of human emotion she would probably sit there blankly and let their stories of genuine heartache fly right over her head...

The only thing to smile about is that she has destroyed herself. She is a mutilated mess & it's all her own doing. She knows she looks like a butchers bin. Agree low level crimes but think there's more to it than that because even low level crimes repeat offenders get custodial sentences and skanks a repeat offender, so think there's something that's mentioned in pre sentence reports or at sentencing that's keeping skank from any serious consequences but not reported on.

The alcohol can be proved in the station on an evidential machine. Not sure if that's the right word. Blood tests take months to process.

Don't have a clue what excuse skanks using now Dolly,,, but in the past she's used I'm stupid i thought my ban was up, the kids, H, AFP the lung thief, mental health but can imagine it is along the lines of loss of earnings, the impact on family life and present/future employment, a judge will take the last 3 more sympathetically and hand down non custodial because like the others skank can get someone else to drive her but if she gets sent down employment and family life suffer.
Plus I think wasn't it the case that she agreed to plead guilty to the drink driving if they dropped the drugs charge which meant it didn't need a full trial?
