Well she's got no management fee's, no accountant, no PR, no legal team & pay's NO tax or NIS. Not paying off her debts/creditors. So everything she earns goes straight to her. All she will do is channel the advertising etc into other stream's & through her grifting bunch of hanger's on's, until some proper legal action is taken & she's given a set allowance to live off. That will NEVER happen in my opinion. :mad::mad::mad::mad::mad:

Any normal person, you would think after having a rant at the press and public that 'she is taking this seriously' would actually bother to turn up and see what is happening with their own bankruptcies and not wait to hear via the media or an email from the trustees. Clearly shows a lack of cooperation and interest and that the press and general public are RIGHT in their opinions.
She has absolutely NO argument to sit there and say 'I don't know what is going on' or 'I didn't know I couldn't do that...' when she can't be arsed to cooperate.
I also can't believe her family are advising her 'Don't attend Katie, it will all just go away if you don't comply' 🤷‍♀️

You are exactly right. Her only sources of income (apart from *ahem* fetish stuff) comes from the press or social media. She has no other way to earn money as she has no real skills. The podcasts etc don't earn her much I imagine and somehow I think the singing gigs have dried up. For all her astute business woman crap, she doesn't have a lot of places to earn. I have a feeling places like TT will realise she is more trouble than she is worth after being dragged into her bankruptcy. The walls are closing in. Skanky, coming to a street corner near you soon!

But she is liable for tax, NI, VAT and likely other tax due to her set up. She might not pay it but she’s liable. I think she’ll be bankrupt 3-4 times and this will go on for years. There’s no getting out of it and I expect it will end up with multiple contempt charges and evasion etc. She’s stuck in this for my guess forever as she won’t comply properly. It’ll be interesting if they take over all aspects of her income and give her an allowance - as they should have done 4 years ago.

So out of every £10k earned,
£4k deducted at source,
£4k tax due (on the whole £10k)
Leaves just £2k in her grubby mitts, LESS NI (at least 6% I'd guess) & any vat due?

If I've got that right, sounds OK me! ✔️ (plus money she's already had that should have had 40% deducted, no chance she'll still have any of that banked to pay back).
that will definitely have an impact on her 💥
Not forgetting at least 2, probably 3, years of tax/ni/vat that she won't have put money aside for.

Is that even a thing though? I've seen people say she has a contract with The Mirror too. I'm sceptical because so many stories these days are just based on SM posts, they have no need to involve her and it's free for them.
 
Another thought that occurred to me yesterday was in the report about the court proceedings it was reported that her TT income was paid into two 'wallets' as opposed to bank accounts. Isn't wallets what crypto currency is kept in? Is THAT maybe how she is hiding stuff? She's getting paid in crypto so therefore is able to keep it hidden? ( I don't really know much about that sort of stuff so just thinking out loud).

No it's TikTok's own system. Users have 'wallets' and they can give other uses coins, or people receive coins into their wallets.

I didn’t do TikTok cos they’re not paying me anymore. I will be back when I can work out how to still earn out of it.
