KH has just spent a small fortune in family court to get the kids removed from her care, would he seriously jeopardise that by making her a 'victim' again ? I know he's not Mensa material but he surely knows that if it is him or connected you him, they will find out. For the record I don't think it's him. Just throwing my thoughts out there.

I think she released it to deflect from her court appearance because everyone is know talking about 💩 gate. She has absolutely no shame at all, hence her smug face everywhere despite knowing that picture is now in the public domain.

I also think it is a reach to suggest KFP could have somehow planted the photo on one of KH’s devices. He has either shared it, which would be a huge shock or he hasn’t which would be easily proven. He’s been bailed, which means as of last night there was not enough evidence for the threshold required for CPS to authorise him being being charged. If he’s shared the photo, he’s more stupid than I thought and I already thought he was stupid to have two children and marry KFP.

Kieran may have the photo, but police would need to prove he posted it on. I can’t see him jeopardising anything that would be used against him, now the kids are away from her. She’s still trying to crucify him & also I think she is playing something because it‘s not coincidental that pictures appeared now, with BH due on 27th. I think we’re all going to be fuming, with what she’s bound to do. She’s going to somehow get out of attending court, again. We’d better brace ourselves. Honestly, she’s a psychopath, cruel, dangerous & cunning. I feel sick to my stomach with her treacherous scheming. It’s just never ending.

That's what I'm thinking, this is like the gun arrest all over again. The gun arrest also involved suspected 'threats with a gun', does that sound like Kieran at all? Nope. The guy just had a perfectly legal gun for hunting. It sounds more like someone so paranoid and fixated on him they think he's the devil.

I sincerely hope Kieran had nothing to do with the image. If this is a matter of KP insisting it's him, and police just go with what she said this is just insane.
She has put him through 4 police investigations now....and interfered with him seeing his kids very seriously. She should be in prison if that 's the case. If that's what has happened there are almost no words for how evil she is.

You're overlooking a few things though. KP and Kieran were off and on, like all of her relationships end up. She also shags around. So it could have been anyone laying that cable.
Also, she could have been doing it for money....again a bigger pool of suspects.

I also think you may be underestimating what happens to men when ex-partners accuse them of serious abuse, a lot of the time they get arrested. That's partly because the crimes may be serious but also (I believe) because there is gender bias.

I know that I'm probably basing my thoughts on the likes of CSI etc, but surely the forensic computer boffins will be able to trace WHO stuck the image(s) on there? It would be great to trace it back to skanky and her braindeads or someone within Clan Grifter :)

Maybe because Metro went digging and the police realised they had to say more? I would imagine from a PR point of view this would be a difficult case for the police to navigate, it involves someone high profile. Victims of sexual offences get anonymity and that would be much easier to keep going for a non celeb. Maybe some of the press were saying 'we'll release more details'
So police then decide to give them something, to retain control over the story.

Yes it's speculation, but they're saying the exact town where he lives and the age. It's very reasonable to suspect it's him. ....not that I think he'll be guilty.
 
There must be a reason that they have already arrested someone though (if the newspaper reports are correct). I thought that with crimes like this they would talk to the parties involved and investigate further before arresting and taking equipment etc? They seem to be really hard to prove! They must have been shown some initial evidence for that to have happened already?

I've always thought that, not particularly reliable but...... the issue here is that the poo photo was described in the CDAN blind months before it was seen online by the public. This points to the blind item being true, or at least someone ( Enty) thinking it was true and posting it.
 
The idea that someone posted the photo as a warning to her about what she might have to disclose at the BH reasonates with me especially as she did not react immediately upon it's release as she would normally do in an other circumstance.
I can also believe that a complaint was made to the police but not by her and that's what the visit by the police was about.
When confronted with this she decides to obviously lie about who may really be behind posting it and instead used the situation to her advantage by accusing KH.

I still believe she thinks that if she'd still had the kids she would not have been evicted from MM.
She has used her kids as a way to protect her previously.
KH's input into family court must have played a role in them being removed from her.

So KH is to blame for her losing the MM and the kids - according to her of course!
She's likely been planning some sort of revenge on him throughout this time and grabbed this opportunity with both hands.

This way she gets to have revenge on KH which she's probably obsessing about on a daily basis whilst protecting the identity of the blackmailer and not getting herself into any further shite lol.

If she is behind this she's played a blinder this time. If that second court case is a family court for a decision to give the kids back to Keiran, that may not happen now if Keiran is investigated for revenge porn. And the BH hearing may be postponed yet again with her pleading oh my mental health, im being bullied, I cant cope, etc. Shes achieved a double whammy here. Her mind must be like a crocodile infested swamp

Maybe Keiran did do the deed and take the photo afterwards and shes kept it for an occasion such as this to use against him. So shes not going to be in trouble for making a false allegation against him if he was the one who took the photo, just for accusing him of revenge porn but even then no one may ever find out it was her that released it even when Keiran is found innocent but the damage will be done, he wont get his kids back yet awhile

Shes so desperate to hurt Keiran and put of the BH as long as she can she has put this photo out there. I really have to admire her on this one she could teach Machiavelli thing or to I'm sure
