Kieran may have the photo, but police would need to prove he posted it on. I can’t see him jeopardising anything that would be used against him, now the kids are away from her. She’s still trying to crucify him & also I think she is playing something because it‘s not coincidental that pictures appeared now, with BH due on 27th. I think we’re all going to be fuming, with what she’s bound to do. She’s going to somehow get out of attending court, again. We’d better brace ourselves. That's what I'm thinking, this is like the gun arrest all over again. The gun arrest also involved suspected 'threats with a gun', does that sound like Kieran at all? Nope. The guy just had a perfectly legal gun for hunting. It sounds more like someone so paranoid and fixated on him they think he's the devil.

I sincerely hope Kieran had nothing to do with the image. If this is a matter of KP insisting it's him, and police just go with what she said this is just insane.
She has put him through 4 police investigations now....and interfered with him seeing his kids very seriously. She should be in prison if that 's the case. If that's what has happened there are almost no words for how evil she is.


You're overlooking a few things though. KP and Kieran were off and on, like all of her relationships end up. She also shags around. So it could have been anyone laying that cable.
Also, she could have been doing it for money....again a bigger pool of suspects.

I also think you may be underestimating what happens to men when ex-partners accuse them of serious abuse, a lot of the time they get arrested. That's partly because the crimes may be serious but also (I believe) because there is gender bias.

I can’t think of the correct term, it’s more than harassment, but if there’s anyone who should be able to get her sent down for persecution, it’s Kieran. IF it transpires that madam is behind all this, or again, as I believe, made false accusations against Kieran, she should be sent to jail. If a man was doing this to a woman, the police would be dealing with this in a much more serious manner - we would hope. I hope now Haywards Heath police, I assume, are made aware of this constant victimisation & persistent persecution towards Kieran. It’s been relentless. She can’t go after Peter & Alex has a restraining order, so Kieran is taking the full brunt of her corrupt viciousness. Poor man.

2/ Phone your GP for an appointment
3/ Have a word with your local pharmacist

My reply: I would go immediately to the pharmacy, take a sharp left to the hard-ware shop and purchase a hammer and some nails!
Can't believe they replied with a 'Thank you for making our department laugh'
It made my day anyway!

I totally agree. If this turns out to be a false accusation AGAIN.....it's just unbelievable. KP will be up there with that woman who faked text messages and beat herself with a hammer to get men arrested for rape.

No doubt in my mind Kipper has released the crappy photo herself to frame KH. I would bet good money on it. KH does likely also have that photo on his devices though, and Kipper knows that. Shes one evil cow. This is all a ploy to seek revenge, and evade the courts.

I can’t imagine he does have that photo. He has been arrested because of her before. I’m pretty sure he would make sure he has nothing she can use against him. I would have thought, if he was going to release that pic (which I don’t believe for a second) that he would of done it when he hadn’t seen his kids for months and was in the depths of despair. He had nothing more to lose at that point. It makes no sense for him to do it now. I think someone just came across it and posted it and it took of from there. Or she posted it. Its not hard for tech people to track it backwards. Most people aren’t going to go to a ton of trouble to hide where it was posted from originally. Whatever happens, she will not come out of this smelling like roses. The arrest maybe nothing to do with her anyway, she might have hijacked it to deflect from the picture to make herself a victim. Fortunately, most people have zero sympathy for her. JMO.

This is what I think happened. To be honest he may well of just got sick of her and passed the photo to be released. I don’t believe the police would just arrest him for this without there being proof (maybe other pics with him in also) that he had the original photo

But you’re putting a lot of emphasis on him being arrested, she’s accused him of a crime so the process is arrest. He hasn’t actually been charged with anything so no there obviously isn’t proof at this stage, otherwise he’d have been charged.
