Knowing she'd go straight to the police I don't think he'd risk doing it. I think she or someone else who has a copy put it out there or maybe she got paid to do it for a fan. There are sick people who get of on that kin of thing.

It depends mostly on where that pictured was stored. Was it on a phone, a camera or uploaded to a site?KP knows who took that picture. Who took it will depend on who has access. If it’s an ex-partner, it’s easier to control who had access but say it was taken by a “third party”, then the access options are limitless. Even so, she can claim that any partner has has access to her electronic devices so can try pin it on anyone, if she had a copy of the image.
Say this is KP in the news article and she has reported this to the police - she is in a whole world of (excuse the pun) tit if she is lying and had done this herself, especially with all her previous in court.
I think the timing is suspicious and doesn’t make sense for anyone but Katie to do this herself.
