While we all hope and pray that this is nothing to do with KH I guess it's always a possibility. As far as we have seen things have been quiet on the KH front from skanky since she lost the kids, but we don't know what has been going on behind the scenes. Maybe she has been constantly bombarding him with stuff and he finally snapped? Again I'm not saying it was him but there could be a potential scenario where she has been doing all sorts of stuff to him on the QT and he has said 'if you don't stop I'm going to put this photo out of you' and she has goaded him to do it. Obviously I have no evidence to support this theory other than that she is an evil cow and I can't for one minute imagine that she has left him alone since she lost the kids.

She’s worried she’s going down and meanwhile KH gets custody w she’s ‘away’

KP knows who took that picture. Who took it will depend on who has access. If it’s an ex-partner, it’s easier to control who had access but say it was taken by a “third party” 👀, then the access options are limitless. Even so, she can claim that any partner has has access to her electronic devices so can try pin it on anyone, if she had a copy of the image.

Say this is KP in the news article and she has reported this to the police - she is in a whole world of (excuse the pun) tit if she is lying and had done this herself, especially with all her previous in court.

I think the timing is suspicious and doesn’t make sense for anyone but Katie to do this herself.

Part of me wonders this but then again, it’s never made sense to me why she does half the things she does…..sympathy? Attention?
 
Deputy Insolvency and Companies Court Judge Daniel Schaffer set a further hearing for 27 August, telling Ms Price: “You have to attend that date, no ifs or buts, no going abroad, no holidays.”
she has agreed in court to attend ,she had to agree to this, so no excuses will be acceptable, she knows this, a picture circulated on the internet , her mental health etc not an excuse 😏 she will be jailed, insolvency service are aware.
 
I'm going Occam's Razor and saying that the simplest, most likely explanation is probably the correct one. The CDAN blind from months ago said an aggreived former PR was showing them around, so obviously KSR.
People on this thread have said that KH was still on the scene at the time of the photo, and it was taken in the marital home, so I'm going to guess he's the crapper as well as the snapper. Again, it's the most likely explanation.
I'd say he shared the photo with KSR some time ago, we know they're thick as thieves despite him having absolutely no obvious need for a PR rep.
Whether or not he has put the photo online I can't call, and the timing of it becoming mainstream may be coincidence, but I would guess that, as insane as she may be, KP must have given the police some reasonable reason why she thinks it was him that shared it, particulary enough to give them grounds to arrest him. And the most obvious explanation is that he was the one that took it.
I'm a big fan of the batshit KP conspiracy theories but I think it would be remiss to ignore the obvious.

My fear is that she has somehow managed to get the photo introduced onto one of KH's devices for the police to find. We've seen her use P in the past to do her dirty work (text messages/slapgate) please God she hasn't got B to do something which incriminates K by B being told 'do it, it's a bit of fun' or 'let's play a joke on K'. I'm not suggesting B has seen the photo, just that she either gave Skank access behind K's back, inserted a memory stick or something along those lines.

Imagine if it was bunny that found it in kps phone and accidentally sent it to kps cintact list 🤣🤣🤣 to be honest though they amount she let that poor little girl on her ohones and tablets etc its not 100% out the question
And it was said by alex(??? Or somone) That kp played videos of ex's etc that she had for insurance against them, in front of the kids

I really hope that would be stretching the realms of possibility a bit too far, even for her! Just too much risk of it coming out if others involved, especially kids.

Third party has released it & she's taking maximum benefit from the situation in all ways possible. I still stand by the fact that this will have no bearing on next BH, even if she says or hints at this in coming days.

Quoting myself, but if this is what has happened, I’m sure he would still be in hot water for showing it or sending it to someone, but I would imagine the person who actually initially uploaded it somewhere where millions of people could potentially see it would be the main culprit?

I still believe she will produce a reason to get it postponed. Its end of days for her if she turns up, and she knows it.

This is what I think happened. To be honest he may well of just got sick of her and passed the photo to be released. I don’t believe the police would just arrest him for this without there being proof (maybe other pics with him in also) that he had the original photo

The Order required KP to give undertakings to the court (to attend on 27th and to co-operate with trustees by providing info when requested). KP gave these undertakings. If she had not, she would have been remanded. If she fails to attend (without good reason) it’s contempt. On the fence whether she has good reason now with the tit show, but it’s possible). However, she cannot dodge the undertaking to provide info when requested.
 
She's the lowest of the low. This has got her scabby witches fingers all over it. She'll do anything possible to bring Kieran down. She doesn't surprise me anymore. She'd prostitute her kids for coin & desperation not to attend the BH. However, if it's proven Kieran posted that photo, then he'll definitely go down in my estimation. I'm hoping he wouldn't be so bloody stupid. However much the bleep bleep has pushed his buttons.
