Or it means charges take a long time these day, court backlogs and all. I just don't see how she could have played anything. She wouldn't really be investigated for the driving stuff, it's just a case of waiting for your summons.

All this would make even less sense for the person claiming she's going to be in court in April for something to do with the kids / f4j (supposedly reported in December). That is something which would take time to investigate, especially if it was abuse. When it was Kieran investigated for the gun crime etc, it took 3 months just to drop it ....and how would a random person get wind of a big court case that Kipper is supposedly hiding...but not journalists?

I think something is definitely going on but I'm doubtful about this April court claim.
