I knew it! So Jett did say a few things at school that set the alarm bells off - so what happens? She removes him from school, cuts contact between him and friends etc and basically keeps him a prisoners so that he keeps his mouth shut!! And what are the SS doing? These wheels that are moving so slowly need greasing with a good kick up the backside!

It did make me laugh how she burned sage at the end though , not something that is part of my normal cleaning routine.

KP knows the court process is expensive, Takes a long time and the longer the kids remain resident with her and “happy”, the court are less likely to give the children back to KH
5. Parental alienation is a thing but very hard to prove and currently no legal standing or case law in British family court (unless something has changed recently, I’ve been out of family law a while)
6. At the point where KH is cleared or contact might be about to happen, another allegation comes up.
7.Accuses him of stalking her and his children to make him seem unstable etc.

Again, she’s thick and evil but never daft.

Funny she never tried any of this tit with Pete eh. I think PA knows something that could absolutely, for once, destroy KP if it came out. I’ve heard rumours of what but I also think that by Teflon’s standards, she would bounce back. I don’t think PA is a saint by any stretch but he’s remained incredibly dignified from start to now in the face of some really worrying tit. I think I forget sometimes, there are real parents in this who spend their time having to mop up her tit.

She did try some of this 'tit' with Peter, but it was nipped in the bud, because Claire & Peter got legal involved & some carefully worded legal letter's were sent, suggesting 'info' could be released, that would not be advantageous to her, 'moving on'. It's a credit to Kieran that he hasn't retaliated & has just focused on trying to do 'right' to get custody/contact with his kids. Like all her exes, he will have serious :poop: he could release about her. Let's be honest, she's gone out of her way to crucify HIM, yet he's remained silent for the sake of J & B. How hard must that be, with all the serious accusations she's made to police & authorities involved in the kids welfare? KH, PA & Crawl all have enough ammunition to bring her down for good. I think eventually in the not too distance future, we will get to hear some of it.
I find it very unsettling & odd, that KFP can swan off to Dublin, knowing the Bailiff's are literally knocking at her door. Carrying on with life as if nothing has happened. Presume she just left Mr PP to sort out more of her :poop:. I was going to say 'how does she sleep at night', but I think she's so stoked with❄ & alcohol, that she can keep going for 24-36 hours at a time, then crashes. I think as someone said the nose is collapsing & the lip mutilation is something to hide the damage.

I’ll have to read the judgement again, but I am sure that when damages and costs were awarded in the case KP had just gone into bankruptcy.

Can someone explain to me what happens if Bailiffs come and remove goods to pay a debt?

Do the goods get handed to the person claiming the debts to deal with or is there a third party that sells them on their behalf?

If they gathered goods from Skanky's home, I can't imagine she would have enought stuff to make it up to £250,000 (not even her tit stained trainers) What if the amount of goods they seize doesn't cover the debt. Can they come back again in the future and seize more goods as they get replaced (such as TV's electrical equipment etc?)

A Controlled Goods Agreement is where goods are technically seized, and the debtor is given the opportunity to pay the debt within a specified time to retain the goods. If the debtor does not do so, the goods may be sold by the bailiff in public auction and the money realised is passed onto the creditor.

It depends on the baliffs. High court can enter and just take goods. Standard baliffs tend to just try and intimate you at the door as they cannot force entry.

Bailiffs and creditors are loath to take goods. The costs and faff in doing so in comparison to what you get it Is unbelievable.

If they seize goods, they are usually sold at auction or to specialists if something significant, less costs etc and the leftover pot is then split between creditors (secure or unsecure depending)

At best, her creditors might get low pence in the pound so maybe 2p back for every pound she owes them.


Gonna have a mini rant here because I worked in Insolvency/bankruptcy for while and the entire system is a bleeping joke. I can honestly say, bar a few Exceptions, most people I dealt with her either crooks or idiots - those who knew how to play the system or people just being divs or niave with their money and spending, then a few who broke my heart. I am being very broad here obviously. If I were her, I would stay bankrupt: why wouldn’t you? She’s got her house, her cars, her holidays, things etc: what’s the actual harm to her by being bankrupt? It absolutely boils my piss that the system is so broken she can go on holiday every 10 minutes whilst I’ve literally had to petition a court so a woman could keep her wedding ring (they expect you to just have a plain band) and she is depriving people of money that she has essentially stole from them. Because that’s really what her sort of bankruptcy is really - legitimate Robbery
 
There actually are some amazing Instagram accounts where people have bought old properties, in poor repair but with a bit of character and potential, and turned them into beautiful homes bit by bit. Edna's property, from what I've seen so far, doesn't seem to fit the bill. She is trying to spin a story about buying a Victorian property and transforming it with her 'vintage style skills'. The property looks to be a fairly standard one even if from that era. Funny we've seen no shots so far of the full house and grounds (correct me on that if I'm wrong)

Yes of course, same as H's shocking language. I think with Jett, I believe he was also saying things about what he heard & saw & showing worrying behaviour. I assume KFP was called in to discuss, then suddenly Jett was removed from school. Now he doesn't see any of his school or football friends either. She's completely alienated him from his pier group, which isn't healthy.

This is absolutely sinister. So disturbing and is what an abuser would do. I hope the school is doing its bit to make social services aware of this. Surely Kieran deserves a say in this too.

Goods are sold ( usually via an auction) and proceeds handed to the creditor.
Yes the bailiffs can go again and seize items if the required value is not reached but the onus would be on the creditor to provide evidence the debtor has more valuable items ( as the bailiffs will have taken everything they can find already).
So this would cause a delay as the creditor would need to identify the other items and their location plus ownership by the debtor.

Debtors often hide things at relatives and mates houses as well as at work.
The easiest find our bailiffs found was a box full of gold jewellery stuffed in a persons desk draw at work with corresponding receipts for most pieces.
A lot of debtors attitude is “Yes I’m in a bit of debt but what’s mine is mine. I’ll pay it off when I have some extra cash.”

Debtors NEVER have extra cash. They spend it the minute they get it.

She follows anyone she thinks will do her a favour or get her more followers. She randomly started to follow my son's mate's girlfriend, who is a cake maker in Hove. Messaged her trying to get 'samples' for want of a better word. This was a couple of years ago & think she was doing it maybe, for her wedding/party or something. Mate's girlfriend blocked her. My daughter said her IG picture's have a strange coloured filter - don't really understand. But assume that's why she appears to look 'beige' on all the pictures that are posted on this thread :ROFLMAO:
