Yes. I reckon that’s the plan.She will live there as long as she can, for as little as possibleThen leave when the bills get too much.
It would take half a million to sort that house out.I don’t know if it’s listed, but the only people who would take it on( in my opinion), would be property developers.The land would have to be decontaminated first.

With his long pointy nose and weird shaped head he looks like a hedgehog (except hedgehogs are cute and meant to look like hedgehogs).

Thats exactly it; She'll run it into the ground then evacuate leaving someone else to sort it out;

I thought it was a Listed Building so I'm not sure how it would work as to flogging the plot to a developer, but put it this way, along that stretch of dual carriageway the grounds of Trampy Towers adjoins there are a number of absolutely HUGE estates either completed or moving into another phase of constructions so there will be plenty of Takers when the place does come onto the market, regardless of the filthy mess she leaves in her wake. There are literally THOUSANDS of new homes along that stretch of road already but getting their mitts onto Trampy Towers would be a bonus as it already has main road access.

Could this be SB's trump card in that he's persuaded Dad to invest in the dump buying that secret portion in readiness?

That really would be a trump card.I know these things depend on planning permission, councils etc, but it does sound good doesn’t it.She runs it into the ground, it’s sold to the highest bidder ( at a knockout price).
Mystery buyer sells land or builds houses for massive profit.
The initial million or so outlay would be recouped quickly.

Absolutely, a mannerly well bred 4 year old will stand you about 7k, 10k isn't a lot for a made dressage horse, maybe it's an old horse at the end of its career, KP can ride a horse she's an average rider at best from the pictures I've seen. A bad rider can make a good horse look bad.

So, you got some bruises Kipper ... I have been riding my entire life ... I have pictures of baby me in a basket on my Mum's horse ... I can't remember learning to ride... Like the majority including you ... Despite lessons as an adult Technically I am not the best rider BUT I Love it and you can't keep me out of the saddle 🎉 My youngster was 3 when he arrived ... The first time I got on him 6pm on a Tuesday night he bolted and wrapped me around a metal gate 🤦‍♀️ the following day I had to roll out of bed onto my knees because I had so many bruises and was in agony ... I had also punched that gate on the way off 🤦‍♀️and had to strap my wrist up ... I took God knows how many pain that morning because I had a lesson at 11am Wednesday morning ... And got in the saddle ... I am nowhere near capable of the Olympics ... I am a REAL HORSE PERSON ... This is a pathetic non story ... Kipper rattled about wanting to meet Princess Anne ... She & Zara may be Royal BUT they are both GENUINE horse women who have competed at Olympic level ... I absolutely guarantee that they would laugh at that picture of your bruises like every horse person I know you silly bint

How would someone buy a chunk of the property if it was owned by the mortgage company though? Wouldn't they have to reapply to them? I'm just not sure how this land grab scam could work.
