I’m not so sure.The arrears are bad.She doesn’t mind those channel 4 idiots paying for wallpaper and new skirting boards, but the main problem is the sewage situation.It will take thousands upon thousands to put that right.Unless she ignores it.
Then add on the maintenance of a large house like that.I don’t think she can do it.
Maybe she can still live there if she pays the mortgage from now on in.But either she does that, or leaves.Can she continue to make the repayments?
Then she has the problem of renting.

There was some talk about her demolishing something( tennis court?), some time ago., and the council issued a warning.Im a bit vague about that.Doubt very much if she has complied with anything.The state of the sewage system is still ...em... tit.

)So, you got some bruises Kipper ... I have been riding my entire life ... I have pictures of baby me in a basket on my Mum's horse ... I can't remember learning to ride... Like the majority including you ... Despite lessons as an adult Technically I am not the best rider BUT I Love it and you can't keep me out of the saddle
My youngster was 3 when he arrived ... The first time I got on him 6pm on a Tuesday night he bolted and wrapped me around a metal gate 
the following day I had to roll out of bed onto my knees because I had so many bruises and was in agony ... I had also punched that gate on the way off and had to strap my wrist up ... I took God knows how many pain that morning because I had a lesson at 11am Wednesday morning ... And got in the saddle ... I am nowhere near capable of the Olympics ... I am a REAL HORSE PERSON ... This is a pathetic non story ... Kipper rattled about wanting to meet Princess Anne ... She & Zara may be Royal BUT they are both GENUINE horse women who have competed at Olympic level ... I absolutely guarantee that they would laugh at that picture of your bruises like every horse person I know you silly bint

There was a rough estimate given some time ago for the replacement of the septic system at Trampy Towers bearing in mind it would have to be a brand new one because the old one is totally buggerred - there is no repairing it or upgrading - its done for.
250k was the figure which is absolutely the reason WHY skanky has ignored the Order to Replace put on it - that figure has undoubtedly risen a lot over the years since it was originally given
Yes its a lot of money, however you must factor in that alongside the cost of a new septic system to cope with the outflow from Trampy Towers, the installation of the unit with all the new pipework, there is also the small matter of cleaning-up the bloody disgusting mess thats been flowing out onto the gardens for years and into the groundwater Southern Water picks up to supply the local population. Alongside that all that contaminated soil will have to be dug out, loaded and trucked away then replaced with new topsoil & none of this is cheap!

Yeah and whats the betting AFP "owns" the other portion so when she carks skanky gets it back? How convenientDon't know how true this article is but could explain why the MM hasn't been repossessed and sold, but also raises a question of who is paying the mortgage and bills now.

So if it is going to cost at least £250k to sort the sewage there is no way she will pay that. The house hasn't got any equity in it so she wont make a penny from it. She is like a squatter! Eventually the utility companies will pull the plug and then what? Do you think she will just walk away and leave the mortgage company to literally sort the tit out?
