You might ride in a double bridle for showing in some disciplines... you shouldn't need that level of control hacking (riding out on the roads, fields, woods) ... I have ridden big strong bolshy horses who needed a double in the school but never used that hacking them ... I don't like doubles anyway, I dont like straps and aids... I prefer natural horsemanship if possible & am training my youngster to ride completely tackless with a cordeo strap (eventually, he is a baby who thinks he is the reincarnation of Shergar I am not am expert & I don't have a death wish ) The bottom line is that Kipper isn't much cop as a horsewoman hacking out in a double bridle

Kipper reminds me of a woman I was on a stable yard with a few years ago ... she reckoned she was a horse expert, riding instructor ... you name it ... she had zero qualifications and could barely ride ... we used to call her 'strappy Jacky' because there wasnt a strap or a riding aid invented that she wouldnt stick on her horse

Hmmm, Helena, I see what you mean. We need to somehow work out his baseline expression. The second picture is good because he's beaming and radiant so thats him at 9 or 10/10. I'd guess that the first picture is about a 4/10 but I'd really need to see more of him in different situations to be accurate.

She doesn't look very confident in that beer garden photo. Recently, she has developed that confused/ slightly startled look (squinting, mouth open) that very elderly people sometimes get. Her odd, lifeless legs compared to those of the normal, healthy girls around her. How much longer can she carry on like this? She's failing fast.

I always thought Horsey people are quite posh. I can not understand why she is selling this rubbish. I would thing most folk would not want to be associated with her. I have had friends who have had horses and it is hard work looking after them. Down the stables twice a day something I can not see her being committed to.

Also horsey and defo not posh, more the council estate equestrian
