Negative thought process much? Has he considered it may be down to his own choices that all these ‘people’ are against him?

Regular periods don't necessarily equate to fertility though. It's all about quality of the eggs, not quantity and that's what significantly reduces after age 40. Yes it can and does happen that people get pregnant naturally in their 40s, my own mum was 42 when she had me. But given KP claims to never use contraception and nothing has happened so far I won't hold my breath on that front.
I disagree. If your body is producing, then it’s fertile. 🤷‍♀️ Sperm doesn’t give a toss about the quality. It’ll be a lack of sperm.

Statistically, she is very unlikely to have a baby thank Jeebus. Some people may get pregnant at 44 yes but the overall chances are very low ( around 5%) and she is obviously not very healthy!
Even if she could, why would she want to stretch her oddly shaped but taut stomach? She has clearly had a lot of work done cutting and sucking fat from there so why bother if she has always known she’d like to get pregnant again…..

We’ll to be fair, most of the good stuff ends up down the sink……

Do you think they used KPs balloons?
Was the Kebab modelled on Carols appendage ?

"Your chances of getting pregnant decrease as you move through your 40s. But you can absolutely get pregnant in this decade, says Dr. Dunsmoor-Su. “There is an ovulation (egg release) 14 days before each period as long as you have your period,” she explains. “However, eggs at this time of life tend to be of poor quality with a lot of genetic ‘mistakes,' and miscarriage rates are very high.” If you don’t want to get pregnant in your forties, you should still be using birth control.

Interesting to know. I'm creeping up on 38 this year with an 8 year old begging for a sibling. I'm somewhat indifferent, maybe, unsure, if I'd want another baby, giving that I'm going back to school later this year.. Unfortunately I am terminally single. I've continued to update my implant since having my kid but the implant can be confusing. I can not bleed for a year then bleed for 6 weeks. Mental.

Speaking of female 'stuff', and almost on topic, has anyone purchased Emily's book on puberty for girls? Is it worth a gander? I'm not necessarily great at wording body language to my young 'un. I've tried to explain it but I was probably not great and possibly a bit eww crude. We have a very open relationship and watch some adult-esque things like Drag Race together where conversations arise that I am comfortable with. I was late to parade with my period, being almost 16 but I know of people with kids in early primary school who have started.
