I think you’re right- there probably is plenty in his meal plan that allows for the sugary/fatty treats we all love. But at college, these will be restricted, it will be reinforced that it’s a ‘treat’, Harvey will learn that even if we want the big burger, we must make a healthier choice.
But the problem I see (and I’m sure others do to), is that his life is at stake because of the weight.
In a vacuum, it looks fine. Great, even. He’s enjoying his meal with his mum and granny.
But in reality, his weight will kill him. It already has a huge impact on his organs, let alone his mobility and his joints and bones. His dietary needs should be number one- daily, consistent, healthy choices and habits will be being taught to him at college. Knowing healthy choices and fruit and veg and grains, rather than choosing the less healthy option.
With KP we know her and family just wanted a walk/photo op/cup of tea- not a family day that includes a severely disabled adult whose needs are out number one.
Did she pack a Harvey Dietery Plan picnic for everyone to enjoy? No
KP doesn’t even have a kitchen, let alone it in her to aid and direct and teach her son.
I’m sure it’s been covered but only KP has ever said he has Prader Willis, no medical professional has. It’s likely his size is because his behavioural and learning disabilities meant she had to keep him quiet somehow- junk food.

I do think it’s probable she was approached by OnlyFans. Not because she’s every likely to get many subscribers but because they got a massive amount of tabloid and media exposure and free advertising. Her fans are the kind of deluded fucknuggets who might be gullible enough to sign up through her affiliate link too, which is an added bonus really.

We can all speculate and it’s a dangerous game- I have an asd child and I can categorically state that I did no drugs or drank during my pregnancies. As can the myriad of other parents to children with any kind of challenge or medical issue. Not many things are caused directly from drink and drugs- we know Foetal Alcohol Syndrome very well. It’s caused ONLY by the drinking of alcohol in pregnancy.
We’ve had someone state here before that they are in the medical/caring field and know the condition HP has, which is caused by drug use in pregnancy (I think specifically cocaine).
If this came out that her behaviour harmed any of her children in this way, the axe would fall.
It’s clear she can be convicted of drink/drug driving, of driving offences, of public order offences, violent attacks, of causing and then breaking restraining orders, slander, lying, revenge porn and bankruptcy and STILL she remains.
What else is there left that will shock people enough to disintegrate her entire life and career?
Proof she harmed Harvey in utero.

Back to real life now- hope HP is having a good time with his family, regardless of what we think of KP xx

I really don't think there is anything that could prove she harmed H in utero, The eye condition has a genetic element and it is still not completely understood by the medical field. She did apparently say she wouldn't care if he died, someone would be 'doing her a favour'...if he burned to death....would that not be enough for people to be done with her? it's worse than any 'trolling' she objects to by others! Unfortunately like virtually everything she has done or said no-one wants to stand up publically and say it as she is pandered to by the media and hides behind her 'mental elf'.

I think the worse that will happen to her is that she does get a short prison sentence and fades more and more into the background of the celeb
world.

My DIL had the stomach reduction surgery last year; She is half the girl she once was BUT I do not see skanky sticking to the strict regime change in diet that goes along with this, ie H would be fine in residential but get him with skanky and we all know what happens there! Whole carrot cakes straight from the box, gnawing on frozen pizzas etc etc. I also think that half the issue lies because it's embedded in H's brain that he has to gorge on foodstuffs therefore its unlikely the Band will make any difference, simply because the stomach will stretch right back again unless the diet is also radically altered in line with the surgery.

I dont think it would be suitable for him. Cant see him adhering to the liquid or yoghurt pot sized portions that patients need to have for the rest of their life. When skank feeds him family sized portions and whole carrot cakes, bariatric surgery would not be of any benefit to him.

Also I'm sure she is/was a tobacco user then while pregnant and today while skanky
 
There’s likely a sensory element to Harvey’s food issues plus it’s common in some conditions not to be able to recognise when they are full, so I doubt a gastric band would be appropriate or useful.
My son had a lot of issues with food when he was younger, but kind of in the opposite direction as he didn’t associate the physical feeling of hunger with the need to eat food so he’s always had problems putting weight on. At one point I had to go into school every lunchtime to try and encourage him to eat. He’s much better now he’s older and has a good and healthy diet, but he can still struggle with eating if he’s anxious or if his routine is different.
