1. Surely her make up should be good enough to last until after the ceremony? I’ve heard of MUA coming back after the meal / before reception for a top up. But after the marriage, nah.

2. She styles the bride?? For example with the hair after the hairdresser has left?? I’d be fuming if my MUA starting fannyin about with my professionally done hair. Esp a MUA that doesn’t wash her own hair.


3. Puts the veil in?? Nah surely the hairdresser does this? Every wedding I’ve been involved in this happens. Certainly not the MUA - VIP package or not.

Yep - I had a headdress not a veil but my hairdresser had had a look at it beforehand and came prepared to install it, no way would she have let anyone else start messing with it

I don’t understand why you’d want your MUA taking photos? I can only go by my wedding but when I booked my photographer we went through what shots we wanted I didn’t need my MUA to take photos in fact she was in a couple getting us ready.
