In the back of her lizard brain she's probably hoping for somekind of illness. Something chronic and long-term, but not life threatening or painful. That can be quite a lucrative route to go down for a television presenter of a certain age. I mean, why on earth keep personal medical problems private when you can monetize them under the guise of 'raising awareness'? I wouldn't rule out a late-life diagnosis of ADHD or something similar either. Nothing would surprise me at this point.

Before playing the song Kate thanked her listeners for their support saying: 'I just feel really honoured that you've shared your thoughts with me and I'm going to do my best to keep the music flowing'.

'Now you may know that Elton John sang at my husband Derek's funeral and it was a very special moment born out of him just being a lovely man and I just wanted to play him for you this morning.'
 
There will be a Pilgrimage Trail soon ending with a viewing of said statue (queue system will be in place) and encompassing a tour of Derek's specially adapted living quarters (admission fee applies). Pilgrims of a more discerning nature may wish to view the washing machine for an extra fee.

All monies will benefit the Garroway Foundation, a charity set up to bolster the dwindling funds of Derek's cash-strapped widow.

All linked together with the book publicity trail for "Life after Derek" and lots of intervies about managing without Derek... brace yourselves. Then will come the "Finding love after Derek" book and publicity trail, and how much Derek would have approved of the new love in her life, including several Hello photoshoots of holidays and special occasions. Then the engagement and wedding... complete with photo of Derek on the altar :sick: :sick: :sick: :sick:

Derek's statue. Overly generous with the hair but a good likeness. To be installed at the British Museum on the anniversary of his passing. Derek The Good, The Honrable, The Magnificent. A hero of the Battle of Covid AD2019.

I think this is about Chris Kamara's speech?

I like Kamara and wish him well but he's naive recommending this Mexican "treatment" and I'm sure his doctors here who are involved in his care are not too impressed.

So Garraway's Gift To The Nation continues with her benevolent care of afflicted celebs. Give her time and she'll be recommending Mexico to Dame Esther Rantzen....and Carol Vorderman.
 
Chris Kamara, like most ex-sportsmen is essentially a shill for corporate interests. Similarly, so are a lot of people who present sport on television. Usually, their choice of corporate prostitution is gambling companies. Oh they pay very well. They also (by law) warn gamblers 'to stop'. Right, as if an addict of gambling can stop. Sick people. Very sick.

Garraway likes gambling. She gambled with her husbands life. Chris is just an ignorant media bleep, easy prey for Kate. They both win. A bit of publicity. Chris is probably angling for an MBE. No doubt he'll get one, such is the low bar these days for an honor.

I'm battling with health issues. I've been poorly for a few years. I think I'll go and see my GP. No wait, I'll give Kate Garraway a call. She'll advise me about my wellbeing. YES! Of course! KATE!!

Seriously, this is a fantastic example of how people who share the same agent get paid. These people are bleeping vile.
