Yes, Jen mentioned fleetingly that she moved into her house which was greeted by dead air from Karla. No acknowledgement of this major achievement in Jen's life. Long term listeners will know how much Jen longed for this day to come and even if Karla is jealous or thinks the area is rubbish or whatever, you'd expect she could muster up a congratulations shoutout for her friend and co-host. The travel part of her basic witch US trip got approx 45 mins airtime, but Jens house get 5 seconds. She's a weapon of mass destruction. She also sounded disappointed Jens Peppa pig event didn't clash with the cinema invite and Jen would be tagging along with Karla and BFF Fionnuala afterall

She is toxic. She immediately shuts down anything Jen says that doesn't fit within her ideals. She is also very entitled. Whilst on one hand I'd say fair fucks to her for not settling when it came to her housing situation, on the other hand I'd say there was no compromise in her. She wouldn't look beyond Castleknock which really isn't realistic in this current market. If she could afford to bid in Castleknock at all, then she could certainly have got something decent just a little further out. Im not even talking about leaving the county. I know lots of people (myself included) who got on the property ladder in the last 5 years and every one of us had to compromise in some way. I bet she is all kinds of nasty about Jen's choices behind her back.

Have just gotten to the end of the pod and LOL at Jen asking Karla to be her plus one to an event. Like girl get some self respect!!! I stopped listening to their podcast a good while ago. It was like they had run out of steam and out of topics to chat about. It was clear that they weren't knowledgeable about many of the topics they discussed. I unfollowed Jen a while ago also. It was a pity - I do think she's a nice girl. But she only seemed to come on for an ad or to show sponsored or gifted beauty treatments. I do like when Karla reviews beauty products, and in fairness she does actually buy things herself, not relying on PR to come in the the door. Not a fan of this budding friendship with Fionnuala Jay - I like both but I don't think they bring out the best in each other, they seem to be trying to prove that they are "gas craic". I wonder would Karla try to replace Jen with Fionnuala on the podcast??
