She's definitely not trying to lower her calorie intake. Two whole avocados, olives and lots of balsamic glaze. And again, where's the protein?!
She really doesn’t have the concept of 50/25/25.
50% of your plate of vegetables
25% of your plate is carbs
25% of your plate is PROTEIN Dani!!!
Get with the program- you bang on about clean/healthy eating. You have no idea. How can you inspire people when you have such an unhealthy relationship with food? Everything you eat is either fast food or processed ( Nando’s & Pizza Express)
