They’re talking about the knife and the phrase on it ‘until death’ which relates to Depp saying the only way out of this relationship is death 😳 WTAF that’s bleeping weird, that sounds insanely possessive on Depps side. I think this was the most fucked up toxic weird celebrity relationship EVER on both sides. I’m thinking they both have BPD, also cos they’ve both engaged in self harm. Maybe this is what happens when two people with BPD on drugs and alcohol get together. Btw nothing against anyone with BPD, there are obviously other factors involved, like their abusive backgrounds and maybe other disorders or mental health problems they may have.

If you search for Emily D Baker on youtube you get all of the sound, Emily does speak as well from a legal point of view, on the whole I find her quite balanced. And she is great at explaining things from a legal point of view.

Elaine got very unhappy about not being allowed to get the others dr's reports in, I can't believe she tried again after being refused 3 times!! To be honest I missed the first hour of cross of Dawn Hughes so did I miss anything major? Cross seemed quite weak, I was expecting them to come in harder after all of her hearsay evidence yesterday.

I support her because it’s true. like i would support any victim of SA DV. one of the top uk libel judges found it to be on 12 out of 14 occasions of abuse in a damming judgement and she’s having to go through hell and back at the moment because JD libel shopped for a corrupt judge to take his case. but i’m in industry and accreditation's etc in the field - i’ve watched the entirety of the trial and was shocked by the falsehoods and untruths JD team were presenting with expert witnesses etc about bias data which can easily be debunked

I'm afraid I both don't really hold the UK trial and judges up as a hallmark of what's going to be true or false on this occasion - given context and the fact different information seems be arising from each trial. I actually don't think it's that relevant anymore. And surely that's one of the points of this new trial - to provide new evidence, update the story and re-look at the case objectively. I'm not sure why it even needs bringing up at this stage.

Also the assertion that you 'support her because it is true' is an oddly strong position to take because, unless you are Miss Heard or Mr Depp, i'm not sure it is remotely possible that anyone on this thread could be 100% certain about anything concerning this case.

And, as a result, I am not sure anything anyone says is going to change your opinion on what is obviously a deeply entrenched position on this case and on DV and SA in general.
No criticism there, I think we all agree DV and SA is abhorrent. I am merely of the opinion no one can be certain about anything we aren't directly involved in, so it is always useful to keep an open mind and consider all options.

To be fair if I knew I was going to be on the stand and likely might break down I wouldn’t want to wear heavy eye makeup. That’s not necessarily calculated. Like I wouldn’t go to a funeral with super heavy eyeliner either.

I think she explains that the story so far has been Johnny's so may sound a bit pro Depp and am keeping an open mind to see how she is when Amber takes the stand. What I like most about her is explaining all the legal stuff that I know nothing about.

I think sometimes some of the chat on her stream is pro Depp but she does her best to counter this.

Time will tell in about an hour!!
